Is there a NDA with the Beta group?

Can't wait to see some more videos of the Versa on top of some scientific glass.

I highly doubt they intended to do a NDA. They should of already had us sign one if they did. Anyways a NDA and paying for a product do not go together very well.

I'll assume that since I don't know what NDA stands for, that I am not one.

Non disclosure agreement?

When I ordered the Beta I clicked a box saying I would review it. So the opposite of an NDA. Reading this thread from the start you can see how Leiana has taken community feed back and changes where made to the product.

I got in late on the Beta order so I am down the list on receiving a unit but Leiana said they where getting units together to start shipping next week.

I went to the Dark Side for my unit...can't wait.

Great Scott!
I'll be trying my best to get a decent video of this with the bent glass matrix I have (mobius knockoff) and the 12 arm tree bubbler.

I'm getting so excited for this thing that its unhealthy. I won't let you guys down, you can ask me any questions you have once I get mine and I'll do my best to accommodate everyone. The one thing I can't do is hookah mode. I don't have, and don't really desire a hookah lol.

Manufacturer
Oh wow. I guess there is a few things I should cover.

Product Privacy?
No NDA. We will wield our patents in public eye, every modification is included in our patent coverage. No fear, its just a vape. If someone knocks us off, thats free manufacturing! We'll just come in like gangsters, show'em the patent, team up and save about 100k in start up costs!!! jk lol... maybe

For the record, THE BETAS ARE THE MK II. The only thing different is the control units.
We are upgrading design and current handling power. We are moving from about 300W to 2000W to support the halogen bulb which is a beast. We are also upgrading the overall design to integrating a thermocouple / Thermostat that goes up to 750F. We cant include that system until we officially launch. The G1 will also have this same 2000w circuit board.
Ill show you the visual designs when we are done.

I'm excited about sending these out. I hope everyone enjoys them as much as we have.

For those of who who will be getting a beta MK II, you will have the opportunity to upgrade your control unit base, which we are calling the base station. The cost will be exactly what it costs us, plus shipping. If we upgraded the ceramic heating element, we will throw that in the mix too. Dont worry youll have a user guide on how to unplug your unit and swap the element.

I have a question.
Would you rather have glass thats made with pigment integrated in the firing process or a porcelain like enamel? Whats the difference? Cost. The firing integrated process will cost us more per unit which in turn we will either need to take it or increase the price.

Info about the G1
We are modeling it after our initial Infinity unit. Right now the debate is about using glass, wood, or aluminum as the outer casing.

Also we are trying to modify the design to make it so we can more comfortably get it closer to $100 dollars, which we know is what vapes should really be priced at. Look at microwaves, computers, and high end blenders. You can get alot for under 250. We want to do the same in the Versa line of products. Companies like us need to start looking at what the customer wants instead of what we would like to have. The cost for the customer vs the cost to manufacture are still not close enough in my book. So the G1 is here.

We are trying to make the heating element user serviceable but thats not easy. We want it to at least be modular upgradable & have the Infinity backwards compatible. We want to make upgrading based on someones budget. Our store will have stand-alone pieces of each package you can buy to either upgrade or replace.

As for more picture porn, we have to wait till later today because we are enameling the units right now and then they have to bake. Black will be on display today as well. mmmmm black..... yes :D . I love the way the enamel comes out. Its tough and looks like a porcelain lamp. You have to stab it with a knife in order to make it scratch.

Its over
Now that you are at the end, please consider answering one of my questions above.
What should the G1's casing be made of?
Do you want integrated fire processed color (more expensive)
OR Porcelain like enamel ( less expensive but more work for us )

I would prefer a glass casing. Integrated color but that's not a deal breaker.

Is there official ship date for beta's? I know I know, I'm getting antsy.
