Gosh I have had my eye on the Cloud since day one but have been unable to pull the trigger as the Price just seems so Hi...

Is the Cloud that good? And worth the Price? Which glass Piece do most of you think is best..

Ugg like $700 for all this... I dont know..

Personally i'd consider getting a swagger or a mobius piece.
Vapexhales pieces really only work on the cloud but if you got a swagger piece for instance you'd be able to use it for smoking and vaping (and dabbing ;) ).
I was heaps skeptical about the vapexhale but it legit blew me away.
My friends who would never take vape over smoke EVER have all gone many nights without cones
because they found the cloud so satisfying.

It does have some weird kinks to it like being hot to the touch, short cord, controlling knob is too far out so my friends always knock it and we end up never being able to keep the exact right temp, temp dials are hard to see and temps are unclear, etc. But i truly believe this vape outshines any other vaporizer i've used when it comes to hitting from a glass piece.
(My experience includes, volcano classic, arizer extreme q, magic flight box, etc)

When I purchased mine close to a year ago, I was a little worried about putting out a lot of cash for it. But, having the hindsight that I now have, I'd have to say (for me) purchasing the Cloud was one of the best investments of my life. We all buy things that we regret getting, that don't live up to the hype or just because most of us have shiny object syndrome.

But the Cloud makes me smile every day (even before I use it) and I am about as satisfied a customer as I possibly can be. Take the plunge...join us...I don't think you will regret it. I know the vast majority of us have no regrets. :)

I waited for international clouds for more than 2 years. I bought it as soon as I can and I don't regret any € I put on it. BEST VAPE EVER!

I purchased the cloud less than a month ago and I'll chime in.

I am a devils advocate when it comes to mostly everything! I don't buy into hype but rather look at the facts. Nevertheless, the cloud lives up to its hype IF you want the most seamless, incredible vapor thru water. Some don't prefer their vapor filtered and if not, I do not think the cloud is needed even though it's still superior to most vaporizers in this aspect too.

If you've seen YouTube videos where the tube is opaque in 3-5 seconds and when they exhale it looks like its almost fake, it's not....it will and can do that which amazed me. If you have the funds, take the risk because in reality it's not a risk but rather a reward for a vaporist.

Thanks everyone for you input... ugggggggg I am really interested..

So I have the Mobius Ion Matrix Bubbler... I could just use that with the Cloud and skip the extra $129 for and Cloud specific Glass? Or for $129 worth it to go ahead and get the glass for that price?? And if so which one is the most popular?

You just bought an Ion Matrix right? That plus the dry glass mouthpiece included with the stock Cloud package is honestly all you need for glass. Granted I like using the Cloud in an upright position with the dry MP, and could see how a Hydratube would be nice. But yeah, I love my Cloud through the Ion. They're practically made for each other.

I believe Vapornaton.com has a 10% coupon FC11 that can be applied to the Cloud. That's what I did when I made the purchase and I got away only paying $400.59 for it. I would contact the company before purchasing though and see if they are Cloud+ or the previous version.

Ha! I would have posted faster but... blame the Cloud!!!:brow:

If there's a piece from vapexhale you really want then go for it and get the discount that you would compared to just buying the glass by itself. The matrix Ion won't disappoint.

2 year warranty my good sir. And nothing is immune to failure; the rate of failure may be drastically reduced but it doesn't mean there won't be bad apples in the bunch and it also doesn't mean the units imperfections were the same as the original clouds malfunctions.

It's technology, it's bound to happen. The upgraded two year warranty shows confidence in their product.
I'm carrying around a Line-R 1200 APC Voltage Regulator everywhere I go that I plug my Cloud in ... so far so good with my 1st Cloud+ :)

Was just chilling with Frederick McGuire from the FC Forums.
He brought out his whole mobius collection Reti, Ion, Stereo Matrix, Matrix, etc.. . .
I was interested to hear everyone elses opinion on the matter of what mobius piece works best with the vapexhale cloud. In my opinion it's the Reti but i'd really like to hear if people think i made a good choice or if i should of got a different piece. The Reti doesn't seem to be that ideal for flowers (does anyone agree with me about that). Like cones through the reti didn't seem that nice to me.. but hitting it with the vapexhale.. It was like the two pieces were meant for one another...

I have those same pieces as Fred (well, except for the Stereo - which he got from me.). I also have an early HydraCirc and a HydraLine. Other than the just-OK HC, I really like them all and can't bring myself to part with any. It seems from many posts I've seen around that the accepted wisdom is that the Reti is better for flowers and the Matrix for dabs because of flavor - the Matrix has more diffusion which can dilute the flowers taste while the Reti is a perfect combination for smoothness with flavor. That said, IME that depends on the quality of your herb. I don't have access to top-shelf quality, only decent mids, so I don't really experience any taste difference. For me, it's more about the action (given that otherwise the pieces are nearly identical). The Reti has a touch of chug. Personally, I like the Matrix soft fizz a little more. But I have friends who prefer the Reti. I don't know that it can be said that one is better than the other. Bottom line: Yes, you made a great choice because the Reti is perfect with the Cloud and you enjoyed it over the Matrix. Nothing more to say, except enjoy! :D

The Ion is also terrific with the Cloud, although I'll add that with it and the bigger dewar pieces (above) I really prefer using the CloudBuddy with them. There are many other Ion lovers here (some using the CB, some not). Either way, you'll be happy mating the Cloud with your Ion. However, the HT's are twice the price when sold alone, so if you will ever need a backup piece, or you'd like to have a different Cloud experience, the $129 can't be beat. Personally I wouldn't focus on which HT is most popular (only VXL could tell you that) but rather which HT best compliments the Ion relative to your particular tastes. Also, you've probably seen the posts ref'g to the rumor of a forthcoming announcement from VXL; that very possibly could be glass so you might want to keep that in mind.

Thanks everyone for the great Info.. I can see you are passionate about your Cloud which adds to my interest in getting one(Always a good sign when users are passionate about their tool of choice))...

What is the Cloud+ and how is it different(Better) then the Original..

And Yes If I do pull the trigger I will probably wait for the new announcement from VXL.

You can find a lot of discussion about that in this thread over the past couple months. Essentially, a couple enhancements like faster heat-up and better exterior shielding, but mostly refinements for better reliability, which is why the Plus comes with a 2-yr warranty that can be extended to 3-yr.

OBG, are you sure about that? My understanding was that original Clouds could be sent in for a "plus refurb" and given 2 additional years warranty (3 year total) for the $150 upgrade fee. I don't know that one can purchase an additional 1 year warranty for a Cloud+ unit that sports a 2-year warranty.

I could be wrong, but that is my understanding.

Loving my new wristbands. I'm all about enjoying the little things. :D

Just saw an envelope from the mailman, and it looks like my Epic has finally arrived. I think my ELB is fully trained now because I'm scooping it up with ease now, even when wasted. I will give this little guy a try later on though when I'm half awake to see if it makes it easier to lift. They sent me a sticker too.

After 3 ELBs back to back, I decided, well remembered to take out my Epic and make a quick video showing how it works. Well I must say, for one handed, with the cam pressed against my Cloud, this thing works great. With 2 hands its much easier, but you can see the Cloud holding on and not letting go of the ELB which is snug in the Epics grip. I'm on another planet, enjoy the video. I learned how to put my own music and not MJ cover music provided by youtube. Yay lol

Ok.. I Emailed asking what the announcement was (as I did not want to purchase and then all the sudden have a new version or new glass comes out) and this is what I was told..

Bryan C replied:
This big announcement was about our warranty policy and we have already announced this. All Clouds purchased at this point are essentially a Cloud Plus with a 2 year warranty

Check the VXL store on the Cloud page. At bottom it shows an optional 3rd warranty year for $149.99.

Something is not clear. From the monkey 10 days ago:

Straight necks will be making a comeback.

Huge news next week, I'd pay very close attention to our social channels and this thread this time next week.

Maybe the "huge news" rumor has nothing to do with products. That said, I've missed anything "huge" this week from VXL, other than the new website. The Cloud+ warranty was announced and started shipping IIRC a couple months ago, so that isn't what he was ref'g to.

EDIT: Checking their Facebook page, I see ref's this past week to the new website and a "super secret project with Swagger", fwiw.

As usual you are correct, OBG and I stand corrected. From their website:

I must admit that $150 for an extra 12 months seems pretty steep to me since most units that make it 2 years will probably make it 3, but it is what it is I guess.

If it goes past two years look at it as a new cloud for $150. How cool is that?
