2 new bookmarks on my Chrome. PA and MFLB. Are hotlinks for tracking. One package is PA (no need to thank captain obvious) and some cool accesories and I already see it in San Diego post, the other one is new replacement box and is so new it is not on map yet. Oh man. Like looong ride to awesomeland. Thank You magic-flight!

If I get both packages at the same time, it will be total game change. Not only will I have the PA finally, but also new box probably with lid-lock and with the screen fully heating again (old is partially teared). This game gange will amke the wait for the VXC easier imo.

Getting Lost
Hey everyone, I just got my PA today and i've noticed MF has made a slight change. The dial for the power level now has three small dots. The smallest dot is at the low end of the power gauge and each subsequent dot increases in size as you dial upwards. Great change, beats the nail polish everyones been using :cool:

I wish I had that dot!!! I just bought my PA a couple of months ago :/

Also, I'd get a cotton swab, remove some of the cotton so it's thinner, dip in ISO and enter through the stem hole to clean under the trench. Follow this with a 'burn-off' (battery in with lid open and power on) and it smells like wood again.

Also, something I've done for the first time today, waxing can help keep the exterior clean and less smelly.

i've been meaning to try this cleaning technique under the screen when i finally was able to today. it works pretty effectively but i was wondering if you tried to vaporizing the cotton swap covered with reclaim afterwords? i have a decent amount and it hurts to have to throw it out if there was any possible way to use it.

p.s. the cotton from the q-tips i used are said to be pure cotton.

I know anyone who reads this Thread on a regular basis will of course know the work of Ed the TNT man. Totes and Tokes and seeing to your MFLB stem needs.

If you own a Magic Flight Launch Box and you aren't afraid of a little luxury expense you have to, simply must try an Ed's TNT Magic Flight Launch Box exotic wood stem.

I can feel you looking at me saying why are you telling me this, i am promoting Ed because i like his work, i have a hand sewn wallet i keep my 5 pipe stems with the brush and my credit cards, the stems have individual jackets but that's not the point.

Each flavour of wood actually makes a difference ! Only a little bit but the Sinker Cypress Stem i have preserved from the bottom of a river bed in the swamp really hits the lip like a piece of swamp grass and twists the taste of the vapor in a pastel sort of way, like the grain is running into the vapor...

It does not. I have been using cotton to vaporize hash, and hash oil for many years.
the cotton does not produce vapor once it is processed.
(I have vaporized a cotton plant straight off the plant before.
No noticeable effect, interesting flavor, and only mild vapor if you use the soft white part of the plant)

GOt my mflb the other day.. Anyone else notice you get a complete different high? its not the direct blast of a bong or a joint more a functional kind of racing thoughts high?

Chimpbacca, could you elaborate more on the flavor/texture of the Sinker Cypress Stem and any other wood stems you have? I am thinking about ordering some more from Eds TNT but want to take into consideration other people's opinions of the flavors first. I have the amboyna burl stem and it is amazing. It has a soothing spice flavor that compliments the vapor quite well. Being less dense than the other stems it probably does not cool the vapor as much but it is still my favorite.

ERUILAVATAR, I JUST GOT MY FIRST VAPE (SSV) and felt the same way. I love it and consider it all ive been missing for so long.high lasts longer and tastes much better.

Im in need for a portable to eliminate smoking completely, and was taking a liking to the MFLB. Its similarly priced in local headshops to the MF site at least within like 10$ and sometimes id rather pay a bit more to get it now than waiting. Are there any benefits to buying from the site vs a retailer? They honor the lifetime warranty on all new purchases im sure right?

Also, They only got one and i dont like the idea of getting the one thats been all handled up, im kinda weird about things like that. Their service sounds good for whati read so hopefully shipping would be fast from CA to CO if i went with one from MF.

Yes, the warranty is good when purchased from any legit retailer, online or not.

May I suggest you purchase from BlisssVille or Puff It Up. They both have package deals with things like extra batteries, grinders, and overnight shipping. Plus your purchase would supporting an authorized dealer and Magic Flight at the same time.

I decided I couldn't wait and supported a local retailer this afternoon and got myself a MFLB of my own. I badly needed a portable to go with my ssv.

I vaped my first trench on the way to work after picking it up. The batteries even had an initial charge enough to vape without charging. It is amazing. Only took a few drags to get the hang of it and I haven't tried the stem but I like native.

Got the batteries charging now and thinking about my next trench later, I love my new box. Some pics to come soon!
