Update: It does work, surprisingly well! But ime it's about the same as drawing normally and quite a bit more awkward

For a pax last week and it worked great the first couple of times. It uses more of your stash than a pipe but works well on medium. Each oven last a couple of days. I was able to charge it for the first couple of times but now it doesn't light up while on the charger. I also noticed the light would pulse when on soma über it was a sign the battery is not well. It's on it's way back to vapeworld for a replacement. We shall see if it comes back perfect.

I drilled out the hole on the mouth piece and I get a bit more air flow, wouldnt recomend doing as it isnt a huge improvement and looks terrible, and further I'd only use a dremmel tool not a drill. I did this for the piece that is a bong converter, its always covered so you dont see the scratches on it, and the airflow boost certainly helps when your using it on a bong.
    he boofed his worries away.

I also used a dental metal scrape tool to burrow a bigger hole in the plastic mouthpiece. It pulls better, but with a fully stuffed oven, a reverse oven hit takes a pretty hard dense rip.

If you havent tried it. Do so, makes Pax much more.... I will post pix of my oven mouthpiece soon.

Even on low i dont think more than 10 good rips are possible... 2(couple) of days? you must have a huge tolerance or the unit is not even heating it up.

Colnsider getting a Solo as a spare? Comb8stion is so awful... or ... well, nearly anything. Just the thought of joints/1-hiitter is such a bad thought, ripping lungs up. Heck, if you love the Pax so much, get a 2nd Pax (I did that with Iolite when starting portable vapes so I would always have 1 working).

So hitting the Pax from the "other end." Would that be kind of like the Pax version of analingus? And if the front end is the "mouthpiece," is the back end the "Paxhole"?

I have found the best way to milk the vapor from the Pax is to gently suck on the mouthpiece while massaging the Paxhole. It's drives Pax crazy.

My Pax is back! I can tell the finish is different. The purple is darker. I think I like the new finish more.

So last night I decided to time my two pax from dead, side by side. To my surprise, one pax charged 25 minutes faster than the other. I have two different chargers so I'll switch cradles tonight and see what happens. I was suprised that it was the model I repaired myself that died last and charged first, dying last could have just been that I used it a little less than the other without realizing, but the faster baffled me. I note that it seemed to last SIGNIFICANTLY longer though. My other one doesnt seem like its got a bad charge, it works great, the repaired one just seems to be better :hmm::shrug: We got 2 feet or so of snow, just tried using my pax outside and it wasnt very happy, It kept de-temping, I remembered that I made a little leather sheath that you could still use the pax while inside, it made my pax work great in the cold haha! I wasnt expecting results, but sure enough it worked as if I was using it in doors, I'm guessing it probably creates a nice hot little air pocket pretty quick. It didnt de-temp once after putting it in the case. Food for though to you snowboarders
I was sipping soup as I read this and nearly choked to death.

I just got back from a nice two oven skateboard trip around beautiful downtown st pete florida. (Non medical) The ride went great. Lots of people and I only got a couple stares that I could pretty much tell were looks from thinking "wtf is he putting to his mouth?" lol. Very enjoyable solo cruise.

    Thanks pax:nod:

btw anyone checking this out who doesn't have one, the flavor is amazing:mmmm:

when i first got my pax i hated the restrictive airflow and tried everything to improve it. over time i have gotten used to long slow pulls and lately i have been keeping my hand over the oven to restrict the air even more. less air=better vapor imo.

Ordered my pax a week ago got here yestarday. I AM a believer. The device is just TOO easy to use why would u grab something else. I love not feeling burnt out like after smoking, although I expected that my consumption would be cutdown I find myself using more to medicate then when I just take one hitters in a bong.
Advice: after use when you shut it off regardless if u empty the oven or not take a last pull with your mouthpiece in the off position to get the last of the vapors that were made while the oven was shutting down so they don't sit and gum up the works.

yeah I agree I just did it because I have 5 extras and it was for the bong adapter so I wouldnt be seeing it if it came out bad. It doesnt look terrible, its not burred or anything, just clearly is drilled, which looks tacky. It pulls really strong, but I have said this so many times I've lost count, even stock it gives bigger hits than I can hold haha so it'll never be an issue.

Threw .2 in the pax, packed it tight and let low take me away. Some say this thing doesnt conserve, well I beg to differ, I couldnt smoke that amount and tell you I would feel like this.

a few people found some but I wouldnt advise it unless you know what your doing. You void a very solid warranty by switching the battery
