Waking Life is a cool movie! It really got me into lucid dreaming.. I haven't seen it for a long time but was one of my favorites..
A Scanner Darkley was cool too, I liked that one a lot... Gotta love Dazed and confused too.. I saw another Richard Linklater movie called Slackers, it wasn't too bad, but I wouldn't really recommend it.
