Ok people I guess I am in lala land. The power adapter heats up the same time. To prove I am in lala land I was just watching idol from last night and had no idea that the guy was singing in Spanish part of the song. Always remember what it says under my avatar...state of confusion and silliness...true not a joke in so many ways.

Red that is nice.
Loving Friday night!

Am I making things up in my head or did the PA not work very well with the m102 or any older model?I may be just super vaked tho. I've been thinking about getting one for home usage as my batteries are good but not what they used to be, and I wanna be able to pump out vapor for hours if need be.

Don't get the PA I tell you it is dangerous.

Axian do the tubes prevent the stems from breaking? I got them but wasn't sure if need to put something in there to make the stem not move...please advise.

I was breaking stems all the time so I got a Wooden stem however I liked the glass better for vaping so I when back to glass stems. Guess what? Dropped a brand new stem as I opened the package.
While on the web site of PLANET VAPES buying two new stems I saw these Travel Tubes so I ordered them as well. I found that if I pre-load the stems then cap them before loading them into the Travel Tubes they don't slide and the herb is ready to vape. You can buy the caps on the web site or use the ones from a old Magic Launch Box as I do.

Yea you will vape nonstop cause it is so easy and so pleasurable.:science:
Well I guess ill have to make an order at PV! One question tho, let's say my batteries totally die one day and for some reason centizen's solo battery packs aren't in my house hold, can I use the PA with totally fucked batteries. So bassically I'm asking if my solo is done battery wise can it forever be used as a plug in?

I would think you can cause you can take the battery out of your computer and it works and it is the same kind of pass through I think.

I have the caps ataxian...I won't pre load but it makes sense cause thay are plastic or whatever so it makes it not slip. It was funny cause I asked PV if they were the MFLB caps and they said yes. I had a whole bunch but they are hard to put on hence wouldn't try filling and spilling my herb. I spill so much without help.

I spill and drop medicine all the time.
The Travel tubes help and I may buy a PA as well.
No need for batteries if you have a PA!
My water pipe was only $20 on sale at the smoke shop so I crab it to try out water passage.
I'm Loving this new way of vaping for me!
I will get a really nice water pipe at some point however this is working so well I might be alright for a while!

Now the power adapter is the best purchase or the dumbest purchase ever. I just sat and sucked on the solo all afternoon and night. I haven't timed the cycles but the first one beeps some light reduction it, it goes back to temp without pressing any buttons and you are back in business. You better not get to toasted cause this thing doesn't go off by itself and you can start a fire maybe:shrug:.

After 12 mins the unit shuts down.
The lights you are seeing after it shuts down are the temperature indicators.
If you leave the Solo on the PA after the beep you will see them go down slowly until only the blue light shows.
That way you can also see that it takes a very long time for the last light to die, indicating that the Solo stays warm for quite some time after the heating up stops.
So if you want to keep on using it after the first beep you will have to set the temp again to keep going.

this is very good idea

Same idea I had.
The thread is becoming very extensive.
There is very little structure to the Solo thread and so much valuable information buried there...
It would be great to have several subsections to this thread so ppl can look up more easily.

Battery should be not less than 40%.
I think most people charge right after use.
Great battery info (click the links inside the page to get more detailed info on subject)

ENJOY your Solo :)

Ok so after first use should I charge it Full? sorry for my bad english!
When you connect the charger a green light will be flashing on the Solo and some lights will come up, indicating how much power is left in the battery.
You leave the charger until the green light stops flashing, by than all the lights up to #7 will be on.

dreamer-they are hard to put on initially. once you put them on a warm stem a few times, they become much easier. a warm eds stem will speed this process up as the bowl is slightly larger and the metsl stays hotter longer. my stems are always preloaded with battery caps in those tubes. stuff a cotton ball or two in the bottom of the tube and they will not move at all. perfect for travel.

Hey everyone - I think I just converted my brother to vapor - he loves my solo. Since I haven't bought one in quite a while does anyone have suggestions on which retailer is giving the best deal at the moment?

thanks dude - I figure for new vaporist you can not go wrong with a solo. Actually let me rephrase that - any vaporist couldn't go wrong with a solo - I love mine!
Definitely. I can no longer count the number of people I've turned onto vaping thanks to the Solo.

I'm actually running a really old M102 only off of the PA because it's charge circuit got fried when I applied the voltage backwards. It works fine on the PA. So yeah, the plug in basically ensures it will work forever.

Nice, I'll have to indulge in a PA very soon! Been using the solo at home a lot more for those quick power bowls

Nice. That's really great news, and just another reason to recommend the PA.
