This is what I do without an elaborate setup. set at a notch or two before 350 and blow a couple bags (I use to take a few direct draws but find bags more satisfying) to get the juices flowing. then turn to 350 and vapebong via stock mouthpiece. after a few hits turn knob one notch and continue vapebonging.. when you barely get any vapor plug the pump back in and you should get a few more bags at 375 and 400. Vape on!

I'm such a space case sometimes. I thought I forgot and ordered through amazon then found that they were still in my cart. Vaporstore.com was indeed a couple of bucks cheaper with the fc code.

I don't use my bong anymore, not even even for vapebonging. I don't use bags. And don't use whips. I just use the white thing with a screen on it that it comes with and to my mouth it goes.
I start off at 200. Then increments until 400. After that I save everything to be reused into a ABV milk shake. But honestly the milk shake tastes like nasty. And I want something better.

Somehow i'm not surprized as i tried to reclaim from 172 of HerbalAire ABV and my extract turned out to have a strong ashtray smell:

Hi everyone just ordered the herbal aire. I was wondering if any could suggest a good water pipe that works well with the herbal aire from http://www.pipesdaddy.com/Glass-Water-Pipes-s/33.htm or another site. I don't really want to spend more than 120$. Also what kind of adapter will I need for the suggested pipe? Also have a solo so would like it to work with that as well. Thanks in advance

First consider this please. What if making it easy for the vape in your lungs is a bad thing? When I first dabbed at my local despensary I had a hard time. The guy asked why. I told him that I never smoke and when I do vape I used to do with a bong, and we both agreed. That the reason it was so hard on my lungs is because my lungs were not used to that stuff. And using a bong babies them just little.

Please read back a few pages in this thread, we discuss the variety of options that the HA allows for vape bonging. Some use the solo stems, some get the adaptor from planet vape, or direct from HA. Some peeps prefer to use 18.8 mm bubblers or bongs (same as 18 or 19), some prefer to use 14.4 mm (same as 14).
I prefer to use the stock mouthpiece myself, which fits inside my 18.8 mm bubbler, but this method isn't as stable as the adaptors since the mouthpiece simply snaps into the HA itself, and can come out, if much horizontal force is applied.
It's all about personal preference and which method you like best.

I bought an HA. Should be getting it later this week( weather permitting) even though I thought I was going to take a break from buying any vaporizers for 6 months or so. After reading this thread a few times I believe the HerbalAire will be the most practical right now for my daily Plugin vape. I'll mostly be using it in direct draw or whip mode.
Love my Vapo 2 but it's slightly larger size, glass components and the fact that it has
"Vapolution the original glass on glass Vaporizer" printed on it makes it a bit conspicuous if left out on my table or desk. I hope the HA will be a little less obvious.
Can anyone who has used both the Vapolution and HerbalAire compare the two in the taste and ease of use department ?
I did want to ask that if anyone uses it without the crucible do you put a screen in the bottom of the chamber or does that restrict the air flow? Also, would using a 3' MFLB whip work well with the HA?

HA has told me that many peeps have used their HERBIE without the crucible or a screen for years without a problem. It seems that you just can't plug these damn things.
Personally, I always use mine with the crucible, with a fine screen on the bottom and top, and it doesn't seem to restrict the flow at all. Even pressing a whole dense nug in there won't stop or decrease the flow. I use it this way to keep the core cleaner, and to optimize the taste factor.
I tried various whip types, including ones that went inside the mouthpiece, as well as over top of it, but preferred to exclude any whips and just use it into my glass directly. This mode is where it shines the most, imo.

Thanks nicelytoasted. The crucible really does look more like the way to use it. I guess that would be why they made it and included it. Just thinking ahead and don't know why I was thinking it would be a bother to use. I really can't do anything with the HERBIE until it's in my hands, that is for sure. Day dreamin' out loud with the keyboard.
