Im in my jeep on tha way to civilization! @Hammer Vaporizer here i come! Are there any custom gong's? If not, would you guys get pissed if i ordered one and had a local blower make me some heady ones? I dont wanna order them and do that behind your back, im not a snake ;)


Edit! I love this thing!!! Taste is a good as my dbv, its got a lanyard holder so ill go perfect on hikes, kayak, whatever, i also bought two pre rolled joint cones, threw tha papers away, and now i have two holders for my mouthpieces!! And my kayak has a new sticker! Thanks guys!! What a score!


Final Edit- i need i put this thing down, i have stuff to do..

Hey guys! Newbie here looking to change from smoking to vaporizing. For a little information this will be my first vape so I want to get it right. I was just wondering what you guys think about how this vaporizer compares to a solo or maybe a pax. Vapor quality wise and also the smell? I looked on google and couldn't find any in depth reviews about this piece. Also any personal stories would be welcome!

Get this. I see myself using this over my da Buddha when home.. Soo damn easy and as long as it doesn't give out havent heard of it, you should be fine

You can use some tweezers to pull the gasket forward. Then get the Hammer real hot (a couple of times) and the gasket will seal itself to the heat-exchanger.

I have actually had to cut them off because they seal on so well.

It feels like my hammer is losing power. I filled with butane and the temps dont get as hot anymore. Has anyone else experienced this??? Going to purge it after work and refill and see what happens.

As the weather changes, you will need to adjust your flame setting to achieve the same results. The cooler temps of winter means that the flame is smaller (at a given setting). You need to set the flame lever higher to compensate for the temperature.

I have learned to run my Hammer by sound. I don't really keep my Hammer at a particular flame setting. I just light it and adjust it until the flame "sounds right".

Listen to the flame as you use it and take note of the sound when it is producing the desired level of vapor.

NO MORE wispy HITS

Thanks..i did not think about that being that it is winter. LOL but my brain instinctively made my hand raise temperature up until i heard a familiar sound. BTW the new screenless stem i got from you guys arrived this past saturday and i must say i like the increased bowl side and well the hammer just fucking rocks.

Hey @Head Tools and the other users of the hammer glad to see there is more people comming to like this little diamond in the rough.
i recently put a dent in my tobacco + cannabis combo as I like to call it after alot of years of being stoned. That being said I've started to use the hammer more again in evenings. I still love it and after 8 days of not smoking joints with tobacco I gotta say the effect is pretty strong with this portable vape! And what u use for it is hardly anything! I still love it :) even more now I realise how good vaping really is.
last few days though when i started it up it starts heating then after 20 sec or so it quits heating. Now i know this happen before but not this often. I tried all settings and keeps dropping out. Also did the purge of the Butane but didnt help much.
Last time i ignited it there was a flame on top of my hammer :( so now im not sure? is it acting up or am I just paranoid :D? I did read not to use it when it would do that.
Have to say though that i filled it up once with Butane for soldering irons and might still be some residue in there or something.
So I am in the market for a new Hammer :) 2 even. a Christmass gift for my brother hehe.

Brings me to my question finally for @Head Tools: when will we Europeans see it in our online headshops or whatever?

They are not currently listed add a stand alone product. We can make them available to you....but for just a couple extra bucks you get them free with replacement stems.

Also, we can definitely create some custom GonG bowls. But please feel free to have a local glass blower make one for you too. The idea behind the Hammer is that you should be able use it with any piece of glass... so I actually encourage other blowers to make Hammer pieces.

My mom just walked in and handed me my new gasket for my lock on stems, thank you @Head Tools for making that very fast, now i can get hammered on my day off :) i was hoping for another Hammer sticker, looks like ill have to wait until my next order. Thanks guys!

Aaaaah Christmas love :) you guys are the best now i have a Hammer vaporizer and a spare since my brother still doesn't want to try vaping even after telling him he would get one as a present :(... He says his troat hurts or something when he tried it(the verdamper)... and there for will not try it again i think.. gotta keep trying i say..
