  • Hello,

I've noticed you're a common advocate of the Hammer, so I figure you'd be the one to ask: What are good alternative stems? I asked the Underdog thread but apparently those stems don't fit the heat exchanger on the Hammer, and as much as I like the unit itself the stems are fragile and annoying.

Sounds good, my only beef with the Hammer are the stems.

    Thanks man!

Same, the original stems were somewhat decent they somehow went downhill every quarter after the initial lock on stem release, by the time the Pro came the stems were a different design and IMO don't stay on well.

The design of the screen ridge makes them a horrid pain in the ass to keep clean, in so far as maintaining airflow.

At least a local headshop sells tiny screens for pennies a piece.
