The Pinnacle by Vaporblunt

Another thing i would like to see before this officially hits the market is a new temp. I feel the lowest temp is too high.

If VB can get better temp control i can see this quickly becoming my new vape over the ascent.

Stick or UUAA, you tried to put some kief/hash in there? Maybe sandwiching like in the solo?

I think a couple of days ago trvb said it would be available in two weeks.
Kewllll, another option. TBH it looks a lot like the pax, but its convection so thats a big plus. At least 3 temps would be nice. Maybe 365 375 385 so we could get full extraction. From the videos looks really goddamn nice as far as vapor production and actually stealthy, except for the fact that it seems like you have to draw on it quite a while.

Well done on the review, I have learned things from you about my own shit, I'm loving that.

That's not a bad idea as an upgrade, but the bottom of the bullet is a screen which might be hard to attach to a glass bullet.

uuaa..grat review! What kind of case is that you are using to travel? If I had to guess I would say it was something for a PSP or something.

Glass takes a really long time to hear up. It would add a conserdable and possibly intolable wait time, IMO. Great idea, but unlikely. Sorry!

Hmm… Fritted glass capsule? :science: I wish there were a version of this emoticon with a little guy raising a beaker in the air while reclined in a La-Z-Boy…

I don't have any big problems with the capsule design of this or any other major vape in the market, just having fun with my imagination. Back to the Pinnacle… I have to say that I love the intense competition going on in this field. I joined this forum and the world of vaporizing just four months ago and already there are five new vapes on the market and another on the way. And all of them looking compelling to me! Great stuff.

The competition is crazy, you're right. I look at it like a game of basketball. It's fun. I like our chances. I keep my opinions of other companies to myself. Some are great and innovative, but some are pretending. Eventually it all comes down to the product either works great or it doesn't. Wether you spend $80 or $600 it doesn't really change that you expect a good product. I am always relieved when a drawing produces vapor for the first time. It's considered proof of concept, and it's a major relief when it works.

We are trying very hard to compete with price, quality and most importantly customer service because collecting vapes isn't cheap!

trvb has said they are already working on a more expensive Pro unit that will have a lot of these changes. This unit is done as far as design.

It's called the pinnacle pro, it has 5 heat settings and battery life indicator. It's will most likely cost $299.99 but that is just a guess
Why should I buy the pinnacle when I can wait for the pro to be released with everything that I would want? Seems counter intuitive. Would be a total of $500+150 for HT.. If I bought both models.

Big turn off. Most portables come stock with multiple heat settings and battery indicator. Let alone for less than 250. I def want the pinnacle but I might lean more towards the ascent now.

I would love to see mouthpieces of different materials, if that were possible. Just something more interesting than clear plastic. But that is just a design thing :D

+1
I would love too, damn a totally black version and i think i will buy this thing !

As to taste on the Pinnacle...I have no complaints, but I see no reason to try and improve it by replacing the SS bullet when it will still have SS and teflon and plastic in the airpath.

StickStones : about the airpath TRVB says "The Pinnacle heat exchanger is made from a combination of stainless steel Teflon, and a plastic called PES" but does that mean that there is "teflon and plastic IN the airpath" like you said ?

And about the taste .... if we give 8/10 at the Solo, how much you give for the Pinnacle ?

The main purpose for the pro is that it does EO. If you are not into EO than the pinnacle pro would be a waste of money. On the same side of you aren't into EO why should you have to pay for it? That is the concept. The pinnacle is a flower only vape. Also, $80 is a lot of money to a lot of people. If you do not like it blame OF, it was his idea.

Edit: why do some cars come fully loaded and some stripped down? Not everyone can afford or needs TV's in the headrest. If every car built was fully loaded and the cheapest car was 30k a lot of people would be shit out of luck

I seeen the ascent here at thetradeshow. It looks great, and if it does what the man at the booth claims it does than it will be a great unit. I assume you can't go wrong regardless of your choice in this decision.

I am very interested in this, and esp. that WT! How cool to see the portables getting better and smaller so quickly. That Pro sounds good too, looking forward to seeing it.

Cloudy...
Have you thought about and upgrade program from normal to pro for early adopters?

Maybe something like send my old model and change for the pro paying some money. Don't know if that would be doable, but I'm sure it can make more early adopters interested :myday:

I always hit my deadlines, I would imagine anyone who feels they need the pro would wait 6-8 weeks. But I'm sure we could figure out a trade in program. The only downside I see is that you will ultimately end up paying more than $299 and should prob wait the six weeks. I'll pitch it around and come up with something
