Just cleaned my replacement Cloud after few heavy days use, got all the gunk out this time with just q-tip and iso, its spotless!! After cleaning top male joint I figured id flip it over and give a swab up the long glass tube part, well all 3 of my other Clouds there was nothing in the glass tube path until it reached the top glass male joint. I would have to tape 2 qtips together then dip i iso to clean. Now this one has what I can only describe as a solid glass washer not even 3-4 inches up the glass tube. Now I certainly would of noticed this before had it been in one of my other Clouds. Does anybody else have this or am I so unlucky that I have a defective Cloud again? Any thoughts/ideas are appreciated.

You're OK. What you're looking at is just the lower orifice. I think it's been there all along. It may be that its form has been changed a little bit; VXL engineering was working on this. In any case, what you've got is right.

Thanks, OBG!! Phil just hit me up with a PM to say same thing. It was just a lower air restrictor to help with heater longevity. My heart skipped a beat though upon 1st seeing it.
Yet another example of great customer service from VXH.

Finally got my lovely Cloud today and I know this will be a shocker but.......I LOVE IT!
Everything is great...no light issues. Seems to be running just fine!
It almost doesn't seem real that it's here...probably helps that I just did a bit of "testing"
I've only tried it with my Mobius Matrix Nano and I'm really not sure how much the Evolver HydraCirc will be used. It is an amazing piece and much thicker than I expected...Very nice quality!
But it's just so amazingly smooth with the Moby
Didn't realize why the EPIK was so great till I used it...nice little tool!
I was a bit pissy with the VXH crew lately especially after waiting so long but I knew that the reward would be worth it! They do know how to make amazing vapes!
My early review is...fuckin' phenomenal
Thanks to all for helping me through this long wait...what a fun journey and great community!
And obviously the VXH crew for creating such a groundbreaking vape!
I really don't know how it could get better...Great job guys!

Can't order from Canada yet ... I'm lucky enough to have gotten one from a member who's needs have changed so no longer needed a Cloud!
Just an update (since I was having problems initially) ... did another session ... heated it up to 3:00 while I was doing other things (maybe 15 min?) ... then put in an ELB ... two big hits and all nicely vaped!
Next try ... going to just let it warm up to the 1:30 position and see how that goes. All I needed to do was draw really hard as opposed to nice and easy like other vapes.

Just got home from being out of town for a few daze, and found a shipping notice in my email from VXL, so I am guessing this is my cloud (I hope) I probably won't get as excited this time, until it's in my hot little hands... but very happy to see things moving along.
Ok ... ran it at the 1:30 position ... got really nice tasty vapour ... 2 good sized hits ... not as big as at 3:00 position. ABV was a "light" brown ... not fully toasted but not bad.
This baby is working the way it's supposed to now though! Quick even extraction and the fullness of extraction seems to be largely controlled by temperature (ie. 2 hits at either temp just different levels of extraction)
Next try a little hotter ... it was at the notch half way between 12 and 3, so I'll set it between that notch and the 3:00 notch and see how that goes for the next round.

The Pelican 1400 is the perfect size IMO. I posted a picture of mine a while back. I'll look for the photo.

Does anyone have the exact dimensions of the Evolver HT? Ideally I'd like my case as small as possible and hoping a Pelican 1300 would fit with still 2 cubes of padding on each side. Thanks!
I'm pleased that more and more of these units are ending up in the hands of forum members. To read all the positive responses is chicken soup for the soul.
