You'll get nice clouds at about 375 degree's. You'll know when its finished as the vapor will stop coming out. I used to get about 6 hits but it depends on how big your bowl is. You wanna shake it a bit half way through to move the herb about.

Ah thanks for that link, I'm using that method now. Just finished a trench and this is really nice. I get just as high off one trench as I do with an SSV bowl but I'd say it tastes a little bit nicer than my SSV.
