Damn you, party liquor
I just now took out the ceramic screen and clip from my ti burly for the first time ever. I've cleaned it many times to what I thought was sparkling, but didn't take out the screen for fear of breaking it.
Today was the day and after an overnight soak I pushed the ceramic screen out with a bamboo skewer. Took a little more force than I thought it would but it eventually slid right out. Holy shit! Filthy!

If you aren't taking the screen out when you clean, I highly recommend doing so. I was very surprised at the gunk that was still there.

Can't wait to put it back together and dirty it up again:brow:

That's beautiful, is that a short body or a regular?

Cloudy...
Try using 8mm Ti screens like PIU sell for the Flowermate as replacements. I purchased 10 when i was combusting, had a few leftover & they fit the FM mouthpiece. They also fit the VapCap Ti or they seem to fit snugly & should rest on the clip. They don't fit in my OG though.

Thx for the tip, will order some just to try it!

I am overwhelmed by the level of kindness and generosity on this forum and with this company. I had originally posted about quitting a twenty year nicotine habit (success btw) and buying a ti glassy. Fellow forum member had offered to upgrade my glassy to a woody. I was blown away by this kindness. But then, went we went to do the upgrade, kindness met with kindness, and George himself offered to cover the upgrade. I don't even know what to say. I am humbled. This tool has allowed be improve my life, and for that I am incredibly thankful. The generosity and kindness I see around here give me actual faith in humanity. I will pay it forward in every way that I can. Thank you Herbalist33, and George, and all of you..for being awesome

When I first discovered this forum I was initially struck by the positive upbeat vibes in the posts that I read. I was surprised... Everyone was so helpful and kind.

Then I began reading the Dynavap forum from the beginning and found George to be humble, respectful and radiated an absolute enthusiasm about his product. He posted frequent updates on this wonderful little vape, keeping everyone informed every step of the way.

And, although I was pretty sure that THIS vape, the Vapcap was going to be the best device for me, it was really George himself that convinced me to dive into the Dynavap line in a big way. His nimble navigation through not only the very swift evolution of the Vapcap itself but his steadfast ability to roll with the punches on some really disappointing campaign developments revealed him to be the type of person I want to do business with.

This latest act of kindness just continues to reinforce these impressions.

George really is the greatest and I love all of you Dynavap posters.

I think there must be some magic in that clicking cap.

Love the way this Forum and specially this Thread works guys...
It is an internet oasis and it is because of all of you members and obviously George!:clap:

So last week I've been using the glassy combinations I've got... and I've been enjoying them!:science:

But... I just find the Blackwoody waaay more sexy :luv::bowdown:

srRMcJd.jpg

This is how I believe I'll be using it for a long time... I like the extra length the fat mouthpiece gives it too, aswell as the ability to grab it between your teeth!

As you can see I am also using the O-Ring as a "carb hole air flow regulator"... I find it works pretty well and is just one thing less to worry about, specially for new people using it

I really like the Glassy combos, but I think I'll use them exclusively when travelling, as they can be completely ISO cleaned... And I will just use the Blackwoody in house all-day-errry-day :brow::ko:

Keep it like this guys!

Peace!

Flirting with Combustion
I actually just noticed that my ceramic screen was cracked. I've never removed so I don't know how it happened. Did I hear it too high? I don't think I've combusted at all.
On the other hand, I got my OG hot enough to deform the glass while cleaning it (the oven and screen) and I know my ceramic disc is still good, so maybe it isn't just how hot it gets.

My ceramic disc in both OG and Ti just up and cracked during regular use. Thankfully I had spares (need to get more, if these are expendable). Not sure why caused it, but it sounds like I'm not alone.

So i woke up this morning for my daily wake and vape and decided the VapCap would be my tool for this mornings session. i pulled it out of my box and then out of the tube and dang man i was just so happy to see this beautiful vape slide out. ITS SO PRETTY!! like i just held it and looked at it for like 5 minutes and then started packing a load when i had to take the picture below. This the most beautiful piece of cannabis equipment i own and that makes it even more of a pleasure to use.

The bowl went well, i decided i wanted a huge bong rip and i got one lol :science: heated low down on cap, near the v in Dynavap and i got one HUGE milky rip through my stereo matrix, it tasted great, almost like a full convection vape in some ways but mixed with that really tasty conduction taste you can get from like low temps or first his on conduction vapes. after the one hit the avb was pretty dark but not charred at all, just brown. i wouldn't want to push it for another for sure. but the one hit was satisfying and i got the medication i needed. starting to hone this thing in and im loving it.

Cheers,
Stay vaped :peace::leaf:

Yeah, those black wood short bodies are just so darn sexy! :o

Then the burl mouthpieces just put it over the top. That just may be my favourite combination yet.

Remember Georges post a while back of a Damascus Steel VonG? Well, I just love Damascus steel. I have a few knives made from it. The tendency for the material to rust if left wet is easily overlooked by the shear beauty and unique and interesting patterns of each piece.
Can you imagine an Omni with a Damascus body?:lmao:

@VapCap. Any chance we may see some Damascus Steel Short bodies??? :)
:):):):):) is something like this on the back burner or even close to the stove?

Fresh air, blue skies, scenery...... and a Woody with his stash. Who could ask for anything more? :spliff:

Beautiful!!!:bigleaf:
What is the wood that goes with your Cocobolo Ti? Is it Paduak or Bubinga? :smug:

I know, we've been having some beautiful weather round these parts recently, and what better way to enjoy it- walking by a river with my Vapcap to keep me company!

My dynastash is paduak I believe... I'd love a leopardwood one though.... That'll be my Xmas present to myself lol!

Those ebony pieces sound real interesting Ed! Can't wait to see em!

Peace

Popping in to say I just got back from a getaway weekend at the lake, brought the vapcap family, woodie and OG.

Buddy up there has been trying to fuck combustion but has been having trouble, he is hooked on his one-hitter being just so stealthy and easy, as well as the effects... He has an arizer air but always goes back to his one hitter for those reasons.

Enter the vapcap: he was stoked! When I told him about the dynastash he was thinking he'd be good to go!

I guess it's a no-brainer due to the form factor, but just wanted to relay that story! Always a good feeling when you see someone excited to stop combusting! And the vapcap is what did it for him.

Great product for so many reasons :D

That's what's good about this litle fella, the user experience is so close to smoking that it make you feel (not the high obviously) like you're smoking. For people just abandoning combustion, that's a huge psychological help!

I ordered a Paduak Dynastash myself, but the when George posted the Raw Edge Burl Stash, I upgraded to it. :brow:

Anyway that Paduak you have is a beauty and it looks great with the Cocobolo!

Decisions decisions. Leopardwood is beautiful too. Christmas can not come too soon. LOL!

I swear that every single picture posted has me weeping and drooling.:cry:
