If anyone knows a way to contact Eric or anyone else @ VB, I would be grateful if you could tell me. I sent my unit back to them 2 weeks ago but am uncertain if it has arrived yet. I have sent them e-mails asking but they will not respond. Have they closed down shop or something?!

I really want to continue supporting VB but don't feel I am getting that support back when I need it. Already went through the BS with wrong mouthpieces, etc. Had the damn thing for two months and the heater crapped out. So disappointed as I really liked this one. Even generated a few sales for them.

TRVB? ENGINEERING? I know this isn't the place to try and contact you but I am getting nothing through the proper e-mail channel.

Thank you.

you shouldnt worry so much, they even said they are bad at sending the tracking number to the user. i was wondering where mines was on the 8th, and it was shipped out on the 1st. so maybe itll just be a few more days longer for you. and usually when a new year starts most company's have a long wait time for shipping or somethings wrong.

I did 20 years ago. Now I have to wake up at 6:30am and go to work for 8 hours. ...but I remember what it was like and feel your pain.
okay okay you win..... sucks to be you then...

I've just been scrubbing it out with the brush that came with the unit. Haven't used ISO, but I can't see an issue, as long as you do a high temp burn afterward.
Thanks Tweek. The iso swabbed Q-tip worked well to get the ceramic clean.

Hey, 420

That makes a lot of sense. I'll quit worrying! Thank you.

And no, I certainly do not feel that I 'win'. I remember having to drag my ass out of bed to go to a class that I could barely tolerate. But the fact that you are going to school makes me feel good because I know it will pay off for you in the long run. An education isn't mandatory, but it sure makes life a hell of a lot easier. Smart man.

When you are rich and famous I can tell people I chatted with you back when you were a student!

All the best...and thanks again.

yea its not mandatory and sure does make life easier but just straining daily especially for the winter term..... in the winter i like to think that im hibernating like a bear and vaping alot of marijuana topped with bho. i mean the first thing that i do when i get home i rush to load a bowl in my PnP or arizer solo and just get stoned a bit and nap a bit.

Hey everyone. I'm new to this forum but have been reading comments on here for weeks now. First, I'd like to say I received a pnp w/ wt 2 weeks ago and have been throughly impressed ever since. It works great and I have no complaints at all.

One thing I wanted to ask is about the heating element where you drop the bullet into. It seems over the course of 2 weeks the white part down there has accumulated some oil/resin on it and its nearly completely covered now. From what I can tell the performance is still the same as it was initially. I'd just like to know if this is normal or not to be happening. I've only used the pnp on flowers, mainly on lvl 2 but occasionally lvl 3.

Btw, for a first-time vape purchase this has made a hell of an impression on me. Thank you so much vaporblunt for getting me completely away from smoking. I quit cigarettes in 2009 and now I haven't smoked flowers since I got my pnp. I feel like I'm going to be able to breathe a lot better while playing basketball, AND the high is way more enjoyable. Now all my friends in New Jersey want one.. Simply an amazing device.

Welcome to FC @Pdut23!! You've only just begun your journey, but I guarantee you've come to the right forum my friend!!!

About the oil, just use q tip with 91% or higher isopropyl alcohol while it's cooled down, not in use. Then after it evaporates (which should be quick you dont need much iso to dampen a q tip) you should run the unit on level five completely empty for a few minutes. Then restart, lock n load!

Thank you so much for the advice, and also for welcoming me to the forum.

One more question I have is about cleaning the mouthpieces and bullets. Can I use my 420 cleaner I always used to use on my bowls? It says it's all natural and safe to use on plastics and metals among other things. It looks like this.

If not is it safe to use 91% iso on the mouthpiece and bullet? I read somewhere that it may leave an odor or weird taste. Is this true?

94% ISO (VON'S) is what I use after a clean.
I squeeze lemons or limes over my glass then rinse with Distilled or RO water. Dry with clean towel.
Anything that comes in contact with your mouth needs to be sparkling clean!:2c:

If you soak the mouthpiece and the pong in iso for more than say 10 seconds or so your risking weakening them, they could crack and chip. Using very hot water to soak the pieces and then use Dawn Dish Soap or something like it scrub them with a small brush, like the one included with the unit. Keep doing this process until clean.

The mouthpiece screens can come out, just use a toothpick to help pop back into place. THe pong screen won't pop out. It will pop out, but it's hard and you can't get it back in place.

I just use the pong instead of the mouthpiece when not using the Water Tool.

I have a little glass stem that I insert into the pong. It makes the vapor nice and smooth (not with water tool).

I'm not familiar with the various cleaners out there.

If you would like to pM me the email address you are emailing from I will follow up on it for you.

Also I hired another person for our CS staff today. They should be trained in 2 weeks and we will get better at turning these things around

Thank you both for your quick and detailed responses. I'm going to use the methods you both listed.

Is it safe to do a quick wipe of the mouthpiece tip with iso? Or should I just stick to warm water?

I've done a quick iso with both the pong and mouthpiece, then wiped with Qtip and just rinsed it off with water.

Okay, so basically as long as the iso doesn't sit on there for too long it'll be all good. Thanks Pinnacle Pro.

I have a question about levels 1-5 and their corresponding temperatures. I read a lot of information on the internet about the specific boiling points for when certain goodies are released. I only have access to flowers so I would only be using my pnp on levels 1-3 right? Wouldn't level 4 (445 f) on flowers be too close to combustion? I've read mixed reports about the levels people use for flowers so if someone could explain this to me it would be greatly appreciated.

All the knowledge I'm gaining about vaporization right now is going to trickle down to all my friends and family because I do see these technologies as the future of cannabis. Indeed, the future looks very bright. I keep telling my friends that I believe this device is a miracle. Never have I been so satisfied with a purchase before in my life. I just wish I could meet the geniuses that develop these types of products and shake their hands one time. Brilliant work.

Pnp temp goes from 370 degrees all the way to 470 in 25 degree intervals. So level four is 445 degrees, too hot for herb.

The higher levels past heat level 3 are for oils. I don't have access to oils either.

Have fun with your new toy Pdut23.

Our rule is: State your complaint and move on. After your third complaint you were asked not to do it a fourth time. You did anyway, so warning point issued.
so since no one from vb has contacted me after 2 weeks of posting on here, I'm calling visa tmrw to get my 300 back for my fuckin cracked simba ht

worst cs ever for reals. Great vapes, but fuckin terrible cs

bigwheels: You said on post #2645 that you paid $150. for your Simba. How do expect to get $300 dollars back?

Nevertheless you were told by the moderator that business is between you and VB. Save this thread for other info. Just a warning so you won't get in trouble.

Good Times

Now on a lighter note: I did a test, I had a Pnp at full charge in a drawer for two weeks, it was turned off. Still had a full charge when I checked it today. Now that's a battery, lets hope in the long term that our battery lasts a long time.

What you are saying just isn't true. Had you provided proper documents you wouldn't have a problem , as I understand it you have no proof of purchase. I'm nice, but I'm not santa

Glass has a different return policy than vapes, especially glass purchased from someone other than me.

I'm glad you hired another customer service representative. I'm assuming being able to hire another person means you guys are doing well and I hope you are! I'm very excited to get my PnP back from being repaired and the 6 bullet case. It's going to work much better than the metal pill cases I've been using.

bigwheels is serving a three day ban. As he was told, the proper place to work this out is not in this thread. I understand that you want to present your side and one response is permissible, but please, keep any further discussion of this topic in private. If you work out an amicable settlement, one or both of you would be welcome to post about it.
