Yes. If you wish we will sell you some new capsules directly. We do not generally do this, but since we will be sending you some complementary units; might as well pack it together

Yes very clear.

I meant that If you intend to purchase additional accessories to the capsules we will send you, you may purchase some with us at the same time.

There is no pressure or obligation. Just suggesting this as a cost effective possibility

Do not post private communications or bash companies. Warning point issued.
This is the last communication I received from Inh on November 12th:

mod note: Do not post the contents of private conversations without permission from all parties involved. Private communication removed.

I have tried following up w/ greg to verify that he was a man who keeps his word since this, but have been ignored. Inh has made it clear that they don't have the time to address individual customers, even though these individual customers have made time to give them their hard earned $ - as well as seeming to have the time to make multiple posts on capsule sales.

I believe that this situation is far past confusion, miscommunication or unintentional actions.

mod note: Don’t attack products or companies. You can post your opinion, and you can criticize, but posts written to offend are not allowed. State your complaint and move on. Offending content removed.

Good news, it appears my INH XP is working, but the microUSB they gave with it stop working. So does anyone know the charging type for the INHXP Q3? I believe it came with a 5V / 1A charger, and I was wondering if I could upgrade to a 5V / 2A charger for faster charging, or even to at 5V / 4A charger for super fast charge.

Can the XP utilize larger amps to charge faster? If so, whats the cap to the amp intake? Does the XP have the safety circuity to prevent larger amps from hurting the electronics? If the cap is 1A, can I still use a 2A charger and have it charge safely at 1A, or will that short the circuits?

YEAH....! I finally received my replacements.....TY Greg..... I was right out of the gate disappointed because when I opened the package {yellow bubble bag} both units where in there banging against one another, which is when I learned that both caps had come off......but those were held on by a screw...? wtf.....well not anymore....and they have now changed so the old cap that had a tiny screw holding it on will not fit.......good news this time was no epoxy madness......
I'm sorry to say there was yet one other disappointment....pertaining to the stealth aspect.....these new units have the brightest damn led.... I think I have ever seen.....OMG.... I had it in the yellow bag it came in and several sheets of paper on top of it and I could still see the light through all that......literally has me squinting just 10" from my face......
BUT IT WORKS..... so far anyway......
I'm sure I'll be back......

Hi im new to the forum's but bear with me...... Iv had my XP for 3 weeks now an unfortunately its had to go back as the vape was not performing at all, after going thru setting 1 to 9 i found my machine was not vaporizing untill setting 7 an at that point it was far to hot/harsh to even consider using regularly! Luckily i bought it from vapefiend an he was EXTREMELY helpful an took it in for testing an confirmed everything i had thought was wrong, i would advise anyone who is new to vaping or wants a good service to have a look at the "vapefiend" website as he seems a very nice guy an bends over backwards to help. Since then iv choose to go for the "pinnacle pro" with the hydrotube accessory, so fingers crossed this one should tick all the boxes.

Suggested vaporisation temperature is around 5 setting. Give yourself time to learn the Inhalater vaporisation experience. Temperature should be adjusted in function of taste and effect; not in relation to visible vapour. The sense of taste develops with time, what may appear as "whispy vapours" are in effect very tasty, once the sense is developped. In many respects, consuming herbs with Inhalater may be compared to consuming wine

@PhatBoi Let us know of your experience

Thanks for a reply but.... There is a clear difference between "whispey vapours" an none at all? My unit does not produce nothing until at least setting 7 nor does it change the visible state of the herb, at that point the vapour is far too hot, would it be fair for me to question the reason of why you advise setting 5 to be optimal for vaping? What are the uses of the 4 settings available below 5? Should a vape with 9 settings not actually allow u to vape from setting 1? Then everyone can find there "sweet spot". Thanks

Your thinking about things in terms of a single substance. The XP is made for use with other herbs like tobacco that have significantly lower vaping temperatures than MJ does. The range needs to incorporate all of these settings.

I would be very surprised if your not vaping at 5 0r 6. The first several puffs should not even get you wispy vapor but rather the flavor of your herb as you evaporate much of the chlorophyll and water at the surface of the plant. After those, you should start getting some puffs of vapor out of it and they will slowly get bigger and bigger before petering off again, at that point you raise the temperature.

It sounds to me like your expecting puffs of vapor right away, which is not really how this works unless you turn it up to one of the higher settings, giving you a harsher, less pleasant experience from the get go.

What people vape tobbaco?? Lol thanks for the input but iv tested my unit thoroughly an i do 2 6min sessions at each heat setting an get nothing until 7 at that point its too harsh from 1st draw right thru, dont forget i have used other vapes an not had the issue an also have sent it back to the supplier an they have confirmed the unit isn't working properly. Cheers

I think it was mentioned earlier in the thread, but it was a recommendation from Inhalater to first turn the Inhalater to the highest setting, 9, and when the indicator stops blinking, turn back down to your preferred setting. This should yield vapor much sooner.

It would be nice to settle the ongoing polemic concerning the lack of thick vapor clouds. With fresh source material, you can turn it all the way up to a higher setting temp setting and leave it there if you must see your clouds before you can trust that the Inhalater is working. But you can also sip slow drags off the Inhalater at lower temperature settings, just as you would with a pipe you want to hang onto for a while. Volcano vaporizers work great, but do not always produce the same amount of visible vapor, especially if it has had time to cool down. With the Inhalater, the conditions required to generate visible vapor on exhale are due to several variables that interact in subtle ways, and which can change as you move around, modify your rate of draw, the amount of time between draws, the temperature settings and of course the material you choose to vaporize, and maybe even the difference in temperatures between your breath as it is exhaled into the surrounding air.

I don't enjoy burning my throat, but I do enjoy savoring the taste of a freshly capped capsule. Being able to enjoy good quality medicine without overheating it means that none is wasted, and I can always increase the temperature settings later on for use with a water cooler. And after inhaling water-cooled vapor, what I exhale looks much wispier than it would have looked if I had smoked it instead.

Also, some of us may be used to vaping concentrates, which give off a tremendous amount of vapor because they are concentrates of pure essential oils. Capsules filled with flowers tend to produce lighter, less dense vape clouds, but do you enjoy the taste and experience? Then again, there are some rather sticky, terpene-laden strains that tend to produce even more visible clouds. Perhaps there are other variables as well, such as how tightly the capsule is packed. But overall, I think we've been spoiled here. Although I have not yet tried portable vapes from other manufacturers, I don't believe for a minute that they have put as much thought or research to learn how to achieve the highest quality vapor possible. There have been some unfortunate component glitches in the manufacturing process, but someday you will look back and appreciate that you were one of the first to experience this cutting edge technology.

I do not have to see clouds to feel the effects, and I prefer not to burn my throat, so I start low (between 4-5) and slowly increase the temperature with subsequent draws. I also like to wait several seconds between draws to give the Inhalater a chance to regain its temperature setting. Even after it has, I have experienced better results waiting a bit longer, say at least 40 seconds for temperature light to remain at that setting, allowing time for it to extract the terpenes still contained within the capsule.

There may be other variables I haven't mentioned...please bring it on...but what I enjoy most about this model the ability to select from a wide spectrum of temperatures. Compared with the Pinnacle Pro that has far fewer settings (Level 1: 375°F & Level 2: 390°F) with both right up there in the high range. This will give you bigger clouds, but you might not ever taste what's inside them. You can get the same by just turning up your Inhalater temperature dial, but I prefer starting at lower temps and increase heat as I go.

@PhatBoi, maybe there is something wrong with your model, but I'd give it another chance: pack capsules with different stuff and heat them at low temperatures first, then increase as you go. Let us know at what temp. point you begin to taste the medicine. Good luck.

@Inhalater, my replacement unit yesterday evening. Thank you. I have not been able to test it, but it is charged and ready to go (and glow): those LEDs are indeed bright. But it was less sluggish on start with no loose connections to speak of (yet). I am looking forward to discovering he effects of this particular electronic revision. can you please provide any updates to the list of temperature settings for positions 1-8 and Auto as they are supposed to be for the replacement model in both Centigrade and Fahrenheit?

Thanks!

The pinnacle pro has 5 settings now an vapes from setting 1, an like iv said b4 no taste no nothing untill 7 lol an im sure not gonna hang on to a faulty machine to prove right what i already no, to make the inhalater decent they need to stick to a variation that works an be consistant in its production, there so many different versions of the xp flying around i.e diff sticker or sizes, some folk av gud units some not, i no that the unit i bought compared with the unit owned by the guy i bought it from is like night an day, looks an performance completely different, cheers

For optimal taste and effect, using a genuine Inhalater bubbler is recommended for temperature ranging for 6-9.

Fabulous high temperature taste and effect can be attained without irritation when cooled with a bubbler. We will offer an 14mm and 18mm adapter that will clip as the Inhalater cap. Inhalater Bubbler is convenient and competitively priced, manufacture of the unit itself is outsourced.

I am still confused. You mention an "Inhalater Bubbler" but you are also mentioning an adapter to mate an XP with a bubbler. Are you doing both or just the adapter?

I'd love to order a 14mm male adapter to go with my XP's. Where can I pre-order? :)

Still waiting. Inhalater finally shipped my unit, they didn't bother to verify any shipping details, DESPITE the address was in our email history, and they shipped it to the wrong postal code. -_- so, it's been stuck in a city north of me for 5 days (last week) and after a week of that its now on its way BACK to Montreal, TODAY, and I'm still waiting for what looks like a few weeks Sigh. You guys should be embarrassed, this is seriously ridicoulous. If I don't have the vape I bought in august for a ski trip on December 27th, I really don't even know what to say. All I can say is I don't like the fact that I gave your company $260 and you got that instantly yet for some reason its okay to leave your customers in the dark for literally months. Tsk tsk tsk.

@jonezen, Well said. What is your opinion between the Q2 and Q3 model?

I think its pretty well accepted that the Q2 model yielded larger vapors at lower temperatures (mainly due to the higher temperature range). When at equivalent temperature settings the vapor produced is more or less the same for both models, but the Q3 model seems to produce a hotter vapor. This makes it much less unpleasant that the previous model at high temperatures (as you mentioned you require water cooling).

I believe both the effective quality of the vapor is the same, but for some reason the new model seems to be heating up more air. Ultimately they both work, but the newer models method of heating causes the thickest clouds to be less enjoyable.

Hi all...been away for a while and wanted to just update the forum on my 2 XP's.

Both still going strong after heavy use over several months, and still my #1 choice in portables.

I'm careful with the ports, and they are still working just fine and feel as tight as when new.

Customer service and workmanship aside, I still believe that a properly working XP is the top portable choice IMO for MY personal requirements & preferences.

I did try a friends Pinacle Pro as was suggested to me a few weeks ago. A nice looking & feeling unit, but as others have mentioned, the lowest setting was too high for my medicinal requirements and even at any setting it did not produce clouds like the XP's does at 7, even though cloudiness is a non-issue for me (I go for taste & effect). My friend's still in his honeymoon phase with the PP, but he also has an XP so I will ask him again after he's better acquainted with their differences.

Still rotating 3 capsules and haven't needed to use the 4th or 5th ones I bought as spares. I'm quite sure my maintenance regimen will let me use these 3 caps for another 6-12 months, unless they break or get lost.

Also, since I started using the unit upside down, I haven't had to replace (or even clean) the chamber screen as nothing every touches it. The inside of the chamber still looks shiny brand new, and I always make sure no material ever makes contact with the chamber walls or outside of the capsules (I'm OCD about this). Caps get a weekly ISO/salt bath, so maintenance is a breeze for me.

I also feel it's a bit too hot for my throat at times, so have been using a longer (approx. 10") tube which makes it very comfortable. Bubler may be better, but a longer tube may still help some.

I too miss my INH004, but am looking forward to seeing XP's (or future models) evolve to become even better than those. It may take a while, but I think it will get there after some growing pains.

Oh and I wanted to remind Pharmacor about my idea to have the LED light at the bottom of the unit and in white. This could assist with stealthiness since I could explain it to be a flashlight of some sort rather than an ecigarette which I say now, which ends up prompting more interest and closer examinations of the unit that I'd rather avoid.

I use a arizer cyclone bowl, the xp fit perfectly into, but you need an adaptater male/male18mm or use it directly in your oil rig.
Before that I used a blue hygienic tip in a 18/14mm adaptater or a tip with a glass mouthpiece make a good seal in 18mm.

I like it so much.....I use it everyday since 6 months (I received it beginning of june) and I haven't got any issue to talk about........oh, yes, one of my 5 caps is dead (polymide don't stays in place).

Glad to see what will be the inh-005.....
