I have the Mobius Ion Matrix & a 1st gen HydraCirc HT.

Love them both for slightly different reasons. The HT is a little easier to use (don't have to turn the Cloud upside down...and the flavors are a bit more pronounced.

The Moby, paired with the Cloud Buddy gives better diffusion, which for me, makes the vapor even smoother...it also has next to zero drag...and clearing it will give you a bigger hit...especially when using the CB with it.

Would I ever get rid of either of them? No chance in hell!

Hey guys! I am about to buy an older ticker model that is USED and I had a question about repairs.

If the VXC breaks on me in the future, will I be able to send it in for repairs? I am concerned that if I get it and something goes wrong I'll be outta luck. I know the warranty won't be valid, but is it possible to repair it for a fee?

I don't know what kind of liquid is in there, but it says do not freeze. Personally, I would go with a vapor tamer from 7th floor over the tube from GBD. I always keep mine in the freezer until I'm ready to use it. Always super cold when I need it to be.

Would it need to be conductive? I found some conductive adhesives that are good up to 500F. I'm not at the house but if anyone cares I'll post it up later.

Hmm now this has got me thinking. Does it sound like a good idea to you to purchase a ticker used? It's a good deal but I would really like to hear what a person with experience of VXH products has to say.

I was going to just buy an evo until I had this opportunity and the fact that it would save me a few hundred is very appealing.

In the long run, that few hundy savings won't pay off. The old Tickers had contract MFG issues, buying used old tech is all about AS-IS. When the ticker dies (all electronics die) it will be like trying to get a 1935 ford repaired.

Try getting it officially repaired by Ford though. Much less likely, getting parts from somewhere else that will still work, also less likely. Will it work? Possibly. Can you get it to work? Possibly. Can you GUARANTEE you will get it to work? No.
