Got one on the way . I'm pretty excited !! Had the original Inhalater , but it crapped out on me . Too bad because up until it quit , it was and still is my favorite portable . I hope the XP stands up to that .

BTW i packed the capsule lightly (as in not dense at all) but pretty much full. seems to have lasted me 1.5 sessions before getting wispy/seemed done. by that point i was dancing around the room waiting for the next hit to be ready and rapping to myself and that's when i know i'm pretty set.

I posted this question in the 004 thread but haven't had a response yet, so I'll try here:

I'm wondering, is the 004 still on sale? And if so, why? I know the XP has been out for a long time, but the 004 listing on Planetvape is still up, at the same price as the XP, though it says 'out of stock'.

inh004 turned to inh xp wich atm is rarely working...and the company policy is " lets make our unsatisfied early adopters more unsatisfied until they ask for refund"...chose wisely before making connections with this company...

I don't suppose anyone on here has an updated contact number for these guys, do you? The number on their site seems to be out (probably because of moving buildings and so forth). I still have not received my replacement unit, and I'd appreciate another method than email of getting in touch.

I called PV today and was informed that their XP order will not arrive from mfg until next week, so another week's delay. More delays without being proactively informed by PV led me to request XP order cancellation/refund of funds. I will wait for reviews from the new batch of units before considering to order from another vendor.

Latest email from PV:

Hello,

Thanks again for your continued patience waiting for the shipping of your pre ordered Inhalater XP(s). We wanted to wait a little longer before sending this email until we had a tracking number from the manufacture, Pharmacor technologies. We were informed on several occasions during the last two weeks that the units would be shipping and passed that information to customers who contacted us directly. Even though we don’t yet have a tracking number, we spoke directly with Pharmacor technologies and feel confident that we will have the Inhalater XPs on Monday to start shipping immediately. As soon as we receive them, we ship same day in the order in which pre orders were received.

Be assured that the XP(s) you will be receiving is/are the most up to date available, with the new serial numbers and included firmware update. Sorry again for the long ship time and delay, we know the manufacture is trying their best to meet the high order demands for Inhalater XPs. Pharmacor technologies has just moved to a new manufacturing facility and brought on additional staff to help address the long order times for Inhalater XPs. As soon as your Inhalater XP ships, you will receive a shipping notification email.

We thank you again for your patience and support.
Peace and Love,

In the latest Inhalater XP update email sent to all pre order customers, we are confident after speaking directly with Inhalater that our units will be available for us to start shipping to customers this Monday. Update emails are sent when there is an actual update to notify customers about, sorry filteredhead that you feel that is not enough.

Be assured that the Inhalater XPs that we will be shipping are the newest units with serial numbers and the firmware updates.

We thank everyone for their patience and kind emails during this lengthy order / shipping time frame. We will be including a little something extra for all pre order customers with their Inhalater XP shipments.

Peace and Love,
PV

Thank you in advance for this "something extra", it is not your fault you haven't received your shipment yet either.

Up until this morning today the latest proactive update I received from PV was email on June 16th and it included this info "The first distribution units to ship direct from the manufacture are expected to begin this week and we have been told that we should expect our shipment of Inhalater XPs next week. "

That was not the first time the timeline slipped, I don't mind the slippage or delay, I mind not being updated on what's going on after you have set expectations.

Update emails are sent when there is an actual update to notify customers about, sorry filteredhead that you feel that is not enough.
That's right it is not enough for me when expectations are set and timelines breached multiple times, and it really didn't have to happen that way.

Here is new telephone line to reach us. 438 397 1620.
Shipping is ongoing, additionnally to 2 replacements going for Greece today :-)

Lmao!!! Greece? Brazil? What do I have to do to get my replacement here in Florida, pretty sick of waiting since march. Funny thing is that Im going to have to buy an arizer while waiting for my "replacement".

If the replacement will never arrive, what do I have to do to get my $250 back?

I'm sure they are fulfilling replacements in some kind of logical order. What doesn't make sense is the repeated assurances that the replacement units will be sent "this week." If my replacement isn't going to be sent for a little while, just let me know! I'm a pretty reasonable guy, but over-promising and under-delivering is not the path to happy customers!

I never ordered through PV or any other site that placed you on a 6 months wait. I ordered through KP who sent the XP to me in 4 days, but then it stopped charging or working after only 5 days.

Ive been told since early March that a replacement was going to be sent to the address I gave the Inhalater user that posts here. Now if I waited all that time to receive an older unit not the most revised one, I will have a big problem on top of the wait.
