GSC is a decent cross that I like for reading during the day.
MILD from my other strain’s I like for other activities like films?

I don't usually get the sativa-dominant ones because I'm going after more 'bottom end' for pain, so I need strains with more aggressive names like Violator and Hardcore and Death Star, lol. Girl Scout Cookies, Lemon Haze, Gelato, Sugarcane..... names like that seem to indicate a different theme. Like, you could have one strain called Rocky Balboa, and expect one thing, but the strain called Adrain would mean another.
In other news, Arizer sent out their BOGO flyer, and they now offer a charging base and some other stuff as part of the Solo package, but I'm glad I got in on the free Air deal when I did.

I read and study beyond reality?
VAPING is decent for those who like CANNABIS!
The SOLO is the right VAP for my illness!
The strain of CANNABIS that work’s for me doesn’t ’t work for other’s!
I mostly smoked SATIVA’S as a surfer of wave’s in the ocean near the shore?
One of the member’s of the tribe came down from HUMBOLT with some INDICA!
This is my program to survive:
SATIVA = morning with coffee
SATIVA/HYBRID = reading (depend’s on supply)
INDICA = film’s and sleep
SOLO is simple and the taste is decent! (Some flavor is not a factor)?
Maybe it’s the GLASS MOUTHPIECE? (I don’t know anything really)

I only liked paper joint’s and wooden matches for many decade’s!
The SOLO tasted decent and the effect still depend’s on the quality of your weed?

I smoked out of various pipes as well, and necessity being the mother it is, sometimes out of a potato, or a Coke can, or a cardboard toilet paper roll. Back in the early 70's you could tell by the colour and texture and taste what came from Guerrero and what was from further north. By '75 Oaxacan had made it then shortly after that, Columbian.

Toilet paper roll tin foil and newspaper rubber band’s for a pipe!
Wood shop was for skateboard’s and MARY JANE pipe’s.

Still looking for the perfect method of vaping shatter in the Solo. I'm currently sticking a bit onto a screen, wedging the screen into the stem (or gong) then plugging into the hot oven. It works but makes a bit of a mess. I've tried wrapping it in cigarette paper, cotton, weed... I don't have a real bubbler at work, just a pinnacle, so can't use it inverted with a WT. I think I'm getting a better hit with it upright, but could be mistaken.

I came up with a fantastic concentrate solution for the Arizer vapes a year or so ago, even sent it to Arizer with CAD drawings and everything... If there is more interest I can build these myself for you guys, I've already tested it, works great. :sherlock:

A while back I fiddled with this. FWIW I thought the best results came from using one of the many SS pads I've collected that came with some vapes, perhaps the F2? It was a bit too big in diameter, but rolling on the table a bit fixed that. Once done, I'd put the shatter in with the pad next then insert the stem. The pad traps and holds the melted goods until they can evaporate, and I found the SS conducted the heat in better than cotton (so much for the convection idea...…). As long as it's still warm, plucking the pad out with a needle or pin was easy for reloading.

As far as the chance of being mistaken, I live by the axiom, 'sometimes mistaken, never in doubt'.

I heard they fit just wondered if they were worth it.

You heard wrong. The bottom half fits, but not the cap. Some guys used it as a screen, but IMO normal domes screens work better.

Sorry, as I said, I don't know him. Don't watch many cartoons these days to be honest. I suspect a drinker on the art staff has watched/read Fields some and doesn't object to mild plagiarisms? FWIW over the years I've known a few guys never far from C2H5OH (ethyl alcohol). One always had a can or two in his coat pockets, and usually one in his hand. Another uses a hollow cane that holds a pint or so. Neither should otherwise be confused with WC.

Ok, this is probably going to be the thing for me. I'll have to make a trip to the vape shop. I tried using a blowtorch and a glass nail but it is a lot of fuss and the Solo tastes better and gives you some time. I did order a titanium nail kit so I'll see what that's like, but if I can find those pads it should be a great leap forward.

I don't know about the others, but in the past, when such pads were uncommon, I used the concentrate pads made for the Volcano. Two 'valve types', therefore two sizes. Either work fine. If you poke around some you'll find it's a single wire woven into a flexible wall tube. Sort of like a chain mail condom? You can easily unravel it into a several foot long piece when collapsed (pulled long). Then cut off a piece (scissors does fine, the wire is very fine and soft), just cut it square so you don't get a lot of little pieces?

Then stuff it into the stem, adjust the size to what you want and you're good to go.

What about putting the mesh into the hot oven, then dropping the concentrate onto it and plugging the stem in (or inserting mesh with the shatter stuck on already)? Basically what I'm doing now with the screen. When the dab is up in the stem it just doesn't seem to get hot enough to start cooking off right away and deliver a full puff.

You'll have to try it. Part of my goal was to not make a mess, including being able to pull the stem and stop vapor, not possible if there's junk dripped down onto the cup?

I also 'bumped up' a step or two as I usually do with concentrates. FWIW, since it's conduction here, I doubt you'll get 'instant vapor' unless you do contact the cup with the goods. Heat soaks will still be an issue as I load it.
