Thanks! Do you just normally heat your banger with a torch, or do you have some electric implement?

I use a torch usually, or lately my Torchless Heater from D-Nail. I have a couple of bangers that work well with an enail but I don't like them as much.

So how well would this Omega work with concentrates if I had the right glass to set it on?

You can do the sandwich method (flower mixed in a bowl with concentrate). You can also send the dab straight through the ball vape if you don't mind cleaning your balls once in awhile 🤭. I've done both methods and it's fine, maybe slightly wasteful for your concentrates.

Best option imo is to get a 20mm banger and use the coil to heat it. Same way you'd use the omega wirelessly.

Would this work with the armored kit, or would I need the regular one?
Definitely the axial coil. The armor is a barrel coil, and would be annoying to manage it in the right spot. Also the brass is designed to expand and contract, so the armor could potentially damage your banger.

Alright, alright, alright .. wheew. The Omega has been really fun to use the past few days! :rockon:It's just what I expected and fits nice between my larger Ti Screwball and smaller Zirc ZX. The glass bowl is excellent and really thick. The Vulcan is awesome too. Used it cold for a couple bowls with nice results. Strapped on the coil and dam! Started too high though as the herb started vaping as soon as it went in. That took half a pull to extract the bowl  Been stepping down since and trying to fine tune. Awesome how clean the bowl stays this way! Definitely will add a nice matching handle set for this awesome setup.

@TedJones

Would you please post some more pics of the Vulcan bowl? Mainly inside the bowl and the screen

I can’t find much info or pics on it. Not even on the website :hmm:

So cool it has 14mm AND 18mm
Sure, a few HERE. Sry I don’t have a macro lens. Not much to it. A straight opening that doesn’t taper and has two cutouts for screen position. Reminds me of a wrench socket, ha.

I'm a newbie to the world of ball vapes and I'm really interested in getting started with CC's modular system. I already asked in the Discord channel, however, I'm still a bit confused about some things, and the recent release of the Epitome hasn't exactly helped clear things up for me.
  1. I was initially planning to purchase the Armored International Omega Wireless Kit. But I've noticed that it's currently out of stock. Does anyone know if it will be restocked and, if so, when that might happen?
  2. I've also been considering the Vulcan. I've been told that I would need a Vulcan Bowl Omega Adapter if I were to use the Vulcan with the Omega Wireless Kit. Additionally, I've read that it's recommended to have a second PID for the Vulcan. I'm a bit confused about how the Vulcan is used, so any insights would be greatly appreciated. And do I really need a second PID?
  3. Finally, I'm curious about the Epitome. What exactly is it, how does it work, and how does it fit into the Omega system?
Ideally, I'm aiming to purchase THE ultimate complete CC ball vape setup in a single order (shipping costs to Switzerland are brutal!). This way, I'll have everything I need to get started and be well-equipped for the foreseeable future.

Assuming the Armored International Omega Wireless Kit does become available again, what additional components would I need to complete the setup? What would the perfect shopping list include?

If you get the kit, it includes the adapters for the Vulcan bowl (14 & 18). Those can also be used with the head for injector vs diffuser method. You’ll need a second PID only if you put a coil on that bowl. PIC

Thank you very much! So the following isn't true anymore?

Armored wireless kit comes with everything you'd need to get started minus a piece, the only thing I'd recommend adding is the "Vulcan bowl - omega adapter" because you already have the injector modules you can add a metal bowl for $13, this has the option to be used as a heated bowl down the line of you want. You could also add another wireless ring and handle for the bowl if you want but that's optional and not needed.

I'm really sorry, I'm feeling a little stupid over here... All that modular stuff makes it more complicated for me to step into that ballvape thing. :uhoh:

That part of the description basically means you also need a coil and PID if you want to run the bowl heated. If you're ok without heating the bowl then you only need one pid for the head.

Thanks a lot!

So if I want everything I need for the Omega plus the heated wireless Vulcan I need:

And if I want everything I need for the Omega plus the NOT heated wireless Vulcan I need:

Right? :hmm:

Is this another way of looking at it? Please correct if I am in error...

Scenario 1) Buy the Omega Wireless Kit + Vulcan Adapter for Omega... you will have a wireless Omega setup that can use an unheated Vulcan bowl, but without a handle on the bowl (apparently doesnt get too hot, so it's okay)

Scenario 2) Add a Wireless Ring + a handle for the Vulcan... you will have a wireless Omega setup that can use an unheated Vulcan bowl that has a handle. (One question I still have - Are the handles for the Omega and Vulcan the same, or is there a different handle for the two items?).

Scenario 3) Add a 2nd Coil and a 2nd PID (you can skip the wireless ring and the vulcan handle in scenario 2)... you will have a wireless Omega setup that can use a heated Vulcan bowl that has a wired coil/handle.

From what I understand so far, the Epitome stands on its own as a larger diffuser-only type set-up. It doesnt really work with the other modular Omega pieces, but maybe works with the Vulcan bowl?

I think they are different. Just took my ring off the heater and it’s way too big for the Vulcan. So I typically do a couple of bowls, with a couple of pulls each time, fairly low temp. If you’re doing more bowls, longer seshes, and running hotter .. might be worth it to get the ring & handle.
