cui bono?
Thanks. I did put the magnets back into the mouthpiece the correct way, but when you put the mouthpiece on the vape now and then go to remove it, the magnets stay on the vape instead of on the mouthpiece...
The magnets slipped out of mine as well, and it is less than 3 days old. How to secure them to the base, is yet to be discovered. However, 'krazy-glue' creates toxic fumes; that won't work.I just got my V3 the other day. I haven't even used it yet and the magnets have already fallen off the mouthpiece. Does anyone know if there is a fix for this besides getting a new mouthpiece from the vendor/manufacturer or superglue (which I'm not doing....)
This is a really disappointing start for what seems to be an exciting new device!
Thanks in advance!
sorry for your problems. I don't know any safe glues to use, maybe someone else will chime in. along with the magnet try sliding in a piece of paper along with the magnet to increase the width, might help jam it into place with friction. other than that I would contact the venderI haven't even used it yet and the magnets have already fallen off the mouthpiece. high class meets budget friendly? oh the decadence ! oh the value! love that wale...... but could you imagine if it was purple, fumed with neon orange ????View attachment 14281
Well this (from here) is quite nice with water turns out, never thought I would be using the 10mm tip of this Fury 2 WPA, but until I get an adapter its pretty perfect for my V3pro!
50/50 chance and like what would happen to me, you did not win.it repelled itself open.
This is how I pack with the OG mouthpiece...sprinkle fill as I call it.get a stream of ground bud pouring out and fill to full
I just tried a bent honeycomb stem from a Fury 2 in the V3 Pro. Worked like a champ. I got 5-6 nice draws out of very little in session mode going 390->410->MaxI'm very interested in grabbing the glass mouthpiece and wpa, seems like vape parts mart is the only game in town here in Canada that carries them. anyone know if they have Black Friday discount?? usually ?? I'll probably just grab them when the tube mp is back in stock and hopefully they still have stock of the wpa ain't no way I'm getting screwed for shipping twice!
Hi, I believe it's a security feature and the V3Pro doesn't deliver the power of a Hopper (I can't say for the Go, never tested) so it can't be instant on-demand sadly. Yes I spoken of after market stems but who know... Thank you for the kinds words, this is means a lot for me!Imo, On Demand should have no off-timer, just let user control it. If there is to be an on-demand mode at all. If this vape had almost-instant heat like a Hopper or a Go, the o-d would be more meaningful, as-in, "I demand it NOW!"
As it is, I'm using the sesh mode with no real complaints!
Is this something you can point to? Are you talking about wood stems from xMax or after-market?
Thanks for being so attentive to everyone here, it means a lot.
Great!Just enjoying a bowl of Gelato (@325) through the V3 Right now and the flavour is delicious.
I noticed your wish, maybe in a future version...yea, I realized it'll be upsidedown on my bong most of the time. so I'll probably wait for that feature, I'm surprised that they didn't include it.
Hi, I think you are used to conduction based vaporizers, yes they produce easily a thicker vapour than a convection vaporizer. We tried to keep it simple but there is a learning curve, here my recommendations: fill the bowl loosely with fine grounded high quality flowers (resinous flowers will produce more vapor), set your temp, sip on the device (slow draw) for 4-6s and increase your drawing rate for the rest of the hit until full satisfaction!Curiosity is what keeps us young. I was curious to smoke the same Gelato through my vapes and see what difference I could find.
We didn't designed it to work with capsules... but they work... like in many others vaporizers... with slightly less good performances (the counterpart of the convenience of use)im using capsules but imo the heater is not strong enough for capsules
Yes, I'm in contact with the guy, it looks like some issues have to be adressed, QC tests improvements and magnets, like for many new units releases.
This is need more power than the V3Pro can deliver, we set the airflow in order to match the heater power.I'm finding the length of draw needed to get this going a bit of a headache.. I wish it had more airflow
Exactly! Although maybe for a future next version...Screen flip would be a nice addition, but I don't think it worth it to be automatic, though. It'll require hardware support that will raise the price of the unit.
Understood,, thank you I consider your opinions.Whether it’s a desirable feature or not, many of my CHEAP ECig mods have screen flip and are firmware update able. A lot of these flower & oil vape manufactors are seemingly years behind on including such features.
Exactly my usage style, thank you for sharing!Sip n rip is what I call it.
On every pull but more so on the very first, I sip it for a few seconds just a few times, slow 2-3 sips and my mouth can sense the heat build up along with the flavor, just a few times is all that's needed and then a long hard pull anywhere between 8-12 seconds and I get almost uncontainable hits and I've been referred to as a freight train back in the day. This little thing has wrecked me to tears.
I think it's a conscious design decision to keep things simple, and I wholly appreciate that in this case. My wife appreciates it a lot more.
KISS principle!
I've had RBT Splinters and stuff on box mods and have been intimidated by the learning curve a good deal of the time-- and I'm mechanically inclined!
They'll incrementally tweak the important things and settings in-house.
Hi, I had the same thoughts when I received my first V3Pro until I mastered it and appreciated the performances, it's designed to be pretty affordable this is means we had to take some compromises, maybe a future version will adress the issues you mentionned, I notice them for the team! What I would like to see, more correctly feel, would be Braile like dots to identify the main button, and the temperature. Sometimes I vape in the dark, and without tactile controls, I often struggle to find the buttons.
The other thing with the v3 that could be improved is durability. The older Starry 3 is built like a tank; it can go in my pocket without worry. The V3 Pro is NOT very robust; it feels like plastic or very thin metal.
Please, give a look at my previous reply to you in this post.I'm in agreement; the V3 Pro is close, but no cigar.
Sorry for the issue, you can get the support you desserve to get for a replacement mouthpiece, contact me by dm if needed.I just got my V3 the other day. Does anyone know if there is a fix for this besides getting a new mouthpiece from the vendor/manufacturer or superglue (which I'm not doing....)

Yes, I did that mistake by the past and my Fog remained to be unusuable... until I removed the attached top lid and used it with a stem stuck in the bowlBe mindful that the magnets must go back in the same way round they came out (don't reverse the polarity!)
The magnet on the lid of my Fog came out and I pushed it back in again only to find that instead of the lid pulling itself shut, it repelled itself open. I couldn't get the magnet back out to reverse it so I had to take the unit apart to reverse the magnet inside the body of the unit instead.
Sorry if it's obvious, but it can happen!
You can try to fix your magnets but, please, ask for the support you desserve to get, contact me by dm if needed! The magnets slipped out of mine as well, and it is less than 3 days old. How to secure them to the base, is yet to be discovered. However, 'krazy-glue' creates toxic fumes; that won't work.
Good to know!I was just outside having a puff on the V3 Pro, and it worked fine in our Edmonton weather.
Great, please share your opinion here or on our Reddit homepage here: r/XmaxVape I'm also the Mod of this subreddit, have fun... everybody!I got my V3 today, ordered with Fury capsules thanks to the advice here. Looking forward to using it.
Last night I tried something different. Instead of grinding the herb, I broke it into small pieces and packed it in the V3 Pro. That, along with "puffing' on the vape created more vapor.I had the same thoughts when I received my first V3Pro until I mastered it and appreciated the performances
Read my comments in this thread about capsules - they aren't good for this unit imo (other then clean, it reduces performance severely at least on my unit). Try no capsules and with capsules at same temp and you will see a huge differenceI got my V3 today, ordered with Fury capsules thanks to the advice here. Looking forward to using it.
Btw, I can recommend Vapefully.com for anyone in Europe. Fast delivery, ordered last friday, sent out monday, received today next friday (not in the same country), they are also very helpful. Was in contact with them through mail, helpful and responsive, and the title of their customer support - “Customer happiness specialist”!

I started with using milled flower in in my V3 Pro. I've now switched to breaking the bud into pieces or putting small nugs directly in the chamber.Try no capsules and with capsules at same temp and you will see a huge difference
Was the material posted? Thanks! We are planning to use a stainless steel built in scraper for the optionnal glass mouthpiece, stay tuned!
Heating element is a Kanthal (FeCrAl) wire.
I don't want to say something false so I'll ask to the engineers before to reply, see you later!
These?Anyone got a pic of the innards of the new mouthpieces?
