Once again, PIU exceeds expectations. My Focus Pro stopped working right, I tried contacting the manufacturer and didn't hear back so I contacted PIU. First they sent me a free battery to see if that was the issue. It wasn't, so they gave me free shipping to send it to them to look at and exactly one week later I have what appears to be a brand new unit. I just can't say enough for their service and I'll never buy from anywhere else.

fast and cheap shipping to europe... it was a pleasure to deal with puff it up... can recommend them... my next purchases will be from puff it up... that it is how it have to be!!! i am a really lucky customer.... keep up this good work...
and I am not saying this because they also send me sweets ;) ... did I say I am very happy.... great work....

It is not on PuffItUp list of Vaporizers.
But that is not to say that Randy can't get them!
For example... SSV is not on that list, but if you type SSV in search he does have SSV parts....
and while NO2 is not on the list, when you type that in Puffitup search, NO2 is listed for Sale.
I tried typing in Sublimator, but nothing came up.
Shoot Randy a P.M. for fast answer.

I just received my second order from PIU and I'm left wondering what I haven't ordered from them more often . Their prices are great , the shipping is fast , and the customer service is top notch . I ordered a vapcap for a friend on Sunday and received it today . That's quick compared to most . Thanks to everybody at Puffitup and I'm looking forward to giving you more of my business !!!

They stepped up when my crafty took a defective dive and s&b refused to repair it under warranty. I finally opened my new cfx a year later and it's superawesome, I was very well taken care of as always :clap:

I just received my Mighty and wow, I must say I am impressed as hell at the solid and quality feel of this unit. I have yet to use it but will be testing driving it out soon. I got a whole mess of candy to go with my order, PIU is the best! Also for those that are wondering like I was if the Mighty is too large, i have to say its really not as wide or heavy as i expected, got a great feel in the hand, you could def bring this device on the go more than you think.

In here to pimp them again. i thought it was just an AD when I got here years ago. The truth is puffitup is a stoner organization and knows once we hit buy, we expect it soon. Thanks again. They cause VAS though.

Got my cap for the Vivant from PIU even tho thru a contest and Vivant arrived as well but missed out taking them to the zip lines cause first class instead priority from both even tho i offered to pay the difference.

Will review ASAP the Vivant, the Might and the CFX. I have had warranty work with all now. Very important to me and so far its Mighty, Vivant and well Boundless CFX is not good but might be the timing but 6 months for a RMA is crazy, now the case has a crack by top screw so maybe it is for the better it took so long. i should have bought it threw PIU but wanted the water adapter.
Greedy and got caught.. :) Now Boundless did send a label after 6 months of trying but I did have family issues as well. Took 2 weeks of replying here and a label after sending same email here for 3 weeks, I got a label.

So far even Oakland is good to me versus direct buy from boundless. I have emails from salesman all the way to last week if anyone doubts.

I will state that my dad had a heart-attack recently and I did not reply to the first reply via PM here after trying for 4 plus months.

These guys have got to be located in the same building as USPS, service and delivery is lightning quick like no one else. Just placed my second order with them for the second time in one month, both times the shipping email came within the hour of placing the order. Checked the tracking a few hours later and the time of package pickup from the time the email was sent was minutes apart:bowdown:. There must be a mail truck on call or they must be in the same building? Thanks puffitup, u guys are super!

Just placed yet another order with PIU, taking advantage of the 4/20 sales. I can't think of a better company that I like to deal with and that includes my favorite local record shop. They've helped me out when I had a problem with my Omicron and have always been may the top of their game with shipping and having great sales. Jake is super quick to respond to emails and I love placing orders cause I know that they will stand behind their work, possibly even more that the manufactures!

I'll most likely be replacing my Air that I lost in the upcoming week as well and I know exactly where I will order it from! Keep it up PIU! :rockon:
