I sent my Air in to PIU for RMA, and I got a brand new replacement unit in less than a week from sending my old one in!!! It was a very friendly and speedy process dealing with them, PIU clearly puts their customers happiness first above all things.

I've been seriously needing some portable options so I snagged an Air and Joda GonG as well as an og VC. Care package is en route!

Wow! These guys are the real deal! Ordered a pen from them last week & it arrived today but was the wrong color. Big ups to Jake & everyone else for taking care of me. They definitely went above & beyond. Way beyond, lol. Like they said at the beginning of this thread, they may not be the biggest, but they certainly are the BEST! Thanks again guys for your amazing CS! PIU will definitely be my new one stop shop for everything vape related. You guys kick major ass!

just emailed them to cancel an order as I changed my mind at the last minute and Randy replied back like 10 minutes later stating order was cancelled and refund was on the way. Great customer service and was sad not to give them the business but I'm sure I'll hit them up again soon.

Just stopped in to say: If you are checking this thread to help you decide whether to order from PuffItUp, STOP READING AND START ORDERING! These guys are the best. As it happens, I've introduced a couple of friends to vaping recently and when they ask for tips, one of the first things I say is "Whenever you can, do your ordering from PIU."

Several of my PIU orders were done via email where I requested a minor change in the order's makeup versus what the web site showed. When I've done the email thing I do include my FC name.

The great thing about PIU is how flexible and customer oriented they are. And then there is the speed of the service provided....amazing. My first order where I used the email approach instead of the web site....I had the 'OK' for the change, Paypal payment email and order tracking sent to me so fast...it combusted :clap:
