I just want to announce the good service received from PuffItUp 
:
a few days ago when I was willing to pay my cart, I gave payment error (something related to the security of the address) I repeated the payment and gave the same error .. after looking at my bank account I see what have been charged the two payments that gave error(about 300 $) quickly sent an email to the web explained what happened, Jake answered instantly clarifying and attaching the data that explained the error, tells me that the charges will be returned in a few days! I went to my bank and the inept ones were not able to give me a logical explanation and they even told me that the payments were correct, which is a lie !!
Pass the days and the fear of lost the current offer of the web I send another email asking to confirm that the payments were never accepted because I wanted to pay my cart to take advantage of the coupon .. at 5 min Alice answered and very kindly confirm me the same as your partner and even indicated that if I provided the data provided in the first email by your colleague could speed up the process of return in my bank !! she also made sure to keep the price figured at the time of purchase until I was ready for payment! do not doubt them (if of my bank) so I asked for help to make the payment without errors! in less than a couple of hours of making my payment I had the tracking number !! WOWW !!
Today the bank (without telling them anything) returned all my funds!

Okay, my in-depth unflinching editorial expose of my first experience with PIU is long overdue and I'm pulling no punches:
It was a real pleasure, just like everyone said it would be. I talked with a nice guy named Sam because my order wasn't straightforward and my custom order was then handled via e-mail by the sweet Alice. They were both genuinely helpful; you know, like they were happy to deal with me & my silly little order. You can't fake that, you can't even really train that; that level of CS is cultural. That special attitude starts at the top and is in the daily atmosphere when you see it consistently from different individuals. I've heard so many great things about @PuffItUp (Randy) and the service and care given to FC folks, he's obviously hiring happy people who like their jobs and helping people rather than the whole process being an inconvenience for them. I know who I would rather shop with.
Bottom Line: 2 thumbs up, another special retailer supporting the FC community because they're also part of the community! I can't wait to shop there again soon, no wonder so many members love PIU.

Just wanted to say that I placed an order through Puffitup and had the same stellar service as always. Told them I didn't need the grinder and I got a Jyarz and a little rolling tray and candy and some other things. Shipping was great as always. Shipped the same day as it was ordered. Best customer service in the game!

Wow I live in a house + land where packages are always left. Nowhere on the website does it say a signature is required. What's the point of discreet packaging if you won't even deliver it? What a joke!
Now I have to drive to the post office after work. Well I have to go home first and get the sticker and then drive back out. Fun!
If I can find somewhere to rate puffitup I will definitely give 1 star and I would return this vape but I got too good a price on it.
Definitely last time shopping here. I dump signature vendors like a hot potato. Especially ones that are secretive about it.

Depending on value, I completely understand them wanting a signature. Leave a note in the mailbox and save yourself a trip, they will be back tomorrow.
Sorry to let you down, you can always leave a note on your door with your signature and usps will leave it for you. We do require signatures on some of the more expensive items. I know that can be inconvenient at times however we find that reported missing packages go down drastically when a signature is required. Msg me if there is anything I can do to earn back your business. I hate to think we left you unhappy with your order.

Another big shout out to Randy & the PIU crew. While all the other stuff I've ordered recently is trying to find it's way to me (I get it's just that time of the year), the stuff I ordered from PIU arrived in 2 days. 2 fucking days!
