Thanks @blackstone
Hey guys. I'm buying from the UK. Does the package come with a British standard plug?
Any idea how long postage would take?
With recent Pax products (saw your post in Pax thread), there is only a USB cord supplied which is the same plug worldwide.
I estimate shipping to UK would be between 1-3 days, very quick IMO.
Thanks @VapoShop for getting my new Pax3 out so fast when I ordered recently!
What happened to the FC Discount Code?
Tried it right now, website says it s expired. Before the Weekend it was working as expected / always...
Most vapes with this type of charger or adapter in our assortment come with a 220v (Europlug, not UK!) plug. As most portable vaporizers are now charged via USB, this only applies for a small number of vapes. Feel free to let me know which model you are looking into, so I look it up for you!
Shipping does indeed take between 1 and 3 business days - depending on the time ordered and location in the UK. Shipping is generally quite fast as offer (free) express delivery.
Thanks. It's the Pax 2 that I am interested in.
Cool. That's USB only, so no adapter necessary!
Cool.
One last question. Does it come with the 10 year manufacturers warranty?
Thanks for the updateYes, we do honour the 10 year manufacturer warranty and will be able to help you with that if necessary.
Thanks for your order, it should be with you shortly! Let us know if you bump into any further questions, glad to help!
Are all the Mightys you have then EU plugs @VapoShop? I wanted a UK one after the FC discount i am tempted but you are just pipped a little by another retailer. What would you suggest to get a UK plug i doi not want to use an adapter.
Received today - super fast speedy service! Thanks for your order, it should be with you shortly! Let us know if you bump into any further questions, glad to help!
Thanks for your honest feedback Doktor Dub!
Regarding the discount you mentioned; our customer support staff is not always up to date about upcoming promotions (on the OmniVap in this case), if they were they would surely have pointed this out to you so you could benefit from that! I will make a note to see how we can improve this.
Please do make sure to shoot us an email if you're interested in purchasing the Herborizer Ti
Have a great weekend!
Sure contact me at any time. As a fond customer, I've got also some small and very humble suggestions...@ander I'm sorry to hear about that! Our programmer is looking into this and we will do our best to resolve this in a future website release. It's not an issue I've seen before and so I may PM you and ask for some more information later if that's OK!
Again, apologies for the trouble and thank you for the heads up, things like these are very helpful for us to know!
Thanks for reaching out to us, I hope your day is going well.
Packages to <<insert EU country name here>> will be sent out with DHL. So far we haven't had a lot of issues with DHL. It is our most reliable delivery partner.
The last order I made (I'm in France) was delivered by a provider that I absolutely do not recommend.
To summarize the delivery is free, BUT the service provider calls you to arrange a delivery appointment and you are obliged to remind them (I had to do it two or three times) on a number of course paying and surcharged. I cannot remember the name of this provider (pretty unknown, but I can find it) but from now on I will avoid dealing with them (just like Colissimo).
