Hi,
I'm an european new customer and my Pax2 is now in travel from Vaposhop. I sadly got a fake one some times ago from a bad webshop based in my country, and Pax Pro's service helped me out to definitively spot it. So I'm here for two reasons:
1- beware of the fakes guys! They are everywhere and some are pretty well made. A preventive check? Verify before the purchase (ask for a photo) if the Pax2 is trademarked "2015 Pax Labs Inc" on the back of the sliding box. My previous (and many others that I saw around the web) was marked "2015 Ploom Inc" but Ploom doesn't exist anymore or, anyway, does not produce the Pax2!
2- I feel a little confused about the Warranty: Pax Pro's says that Vaposhop is not an "authorized partner", so they cannot honor the warranty for items purchased there. Sure they also confirm that you are selling the original one, and in my opinion your service seems great... and that's why I've chosen Vaposhop. But my question is: what kind of warranty Vaposhop provides for the Pax2?
