How long does it usually take for folks here to get a UPS drop tag after contacting VB for support?
I asked for warranty repair on Monday and still don't have one. I waited a couple days after contacting VB through their website and then when my second heater died I contacted them again. At that point I received an email in response to my
first contact telling me to send my VB2 in at my own expense.
I mentioned that I thought I would get a UPS tag so I wouldn't have to pay for shipping. I heard back today and VB said to provide them with my shipping address and they would get me a UPS tag. I figured they would have my address from my VB2 registration and they'd just send a tag right out. All the info was there for them to send me a tag on Monday and these back-and-forth emails are wasting a lot of time.
It certainly seems like VB is going to take care of me, but not in the fast and efficient way I thought they would based on
@vaporbrothers posts here on FC. It's been almost 4 days since I first contacted them and still no UPS tag. I was hoping for super fast service since I've only been able to enjoy my $700 investment for 2 weeks before it broke.
