There is a new kid in town! Cherry Click joining the OG swiss Pear.

First thoughts, the finish on the OG swiss is nicer. Just feels more rounded and more aesthetically pleasing.

I love the larger bowl and the pre-charring on the cherry click. Also it is my first time having adjustable airflow, which seems to work well. On the OG I just got used to covering 0-3 holes. I don't have the copper logo on the bottom of mine - the logo is gold plated. Not particularly enthusiastic about the new case. It's fiddly to disassemble the Vapman and fit all the pieces in the case. Yes, it is pocketable but the egg is better and no chance of pieces rubbing together and marking the wood.

Proof will be in testing tonight 😁
After some testing, I am loving the larger bowl and how long you can make it last. The click is at the low temp end so I tend to heat until appropriately 3 seconds after the click for flower.

Airflow almost closed and you some nice light clouds. Definitely the classic Vapman vapour profile.

Still one of my favourite vapes and a joy to use.

I was actually just about to write the same thing. It's definitely a Vapman through and through, with an (almost) identical flavor profile (can I taste the Amaranth wood?). It’s a Vapman on steroids though. The large bowl (it's really big) is a fantastic improvement and exactly what I've been missing sometimes. The click comes a bit early for my taste, so I add about 3 more seconds after that. And then this thing produces some serious clouds! :whoa:

Received mine yesterday also. I too find that I need to go a few seconds after the click and have no issues with this. I can see this as a better option when using it outside as the click alerts me or whoever is using it that it’s ready. Great job!

So I had my second bowl after a couple of hours. On my third cycle I went over the click a little more and actually got a really big cloud. Lovely vapour quality.

This vape signature, it's what I can only describe as meditative. I get why @Dr. G was calling this thing spiritual. I'm using the same strain I used yesterday in my Nova (pure convection). Yesterday the effects were very stimulating, and made me want to work out and chat to a friend. Today the same strain with the Vapman has me sat with my eyes closed enjoying the buzzy pleasant body feeling, and making me want to meditate or take a bath.

I have it loaded up now with a weed/hash/weed full bowl sandwich. I'm not going to hit it for atleast 4 hours though because I'm perfectly medicated now.

Got my cherry and walnut today. Looking forward to test them!

Sleek packaging too!

But you know what really makes me happy?
A new generation of vapman lovers!
I think they hold the key to a wider audience!

Cheers

The vapman is not a cloud machine. I think the click is very well calibrated. Flavor is on point without being frustrating in terms of consistency. Effects are surprising if you respect the click btw.
Also with drier, finely ground material if you go past the click it's quite close to charring... so a low calibration is a safe move imo.

But when you go manual and the material is dank, sure you can make it steam ! :D

With the OG I actually even drive it even slower sometimes. Like riding the line of visible vapor rather than the line of combustion. It's a fun game, flavor just last forever and the signature at low temps is just as satisfying with maybe slightly more happiness and motivation into it.

Today the same strain with the Vapman has me sat with my eyes closed enjoying the buzzy pleasant body feeling, and making me want to meditate or take a bath.

Probably the finest conduction high my friend. 🤌🏽
And one of the best painkiller out there...

I haven't tried finely ground yet. Do you find it has a big effect on airflow?

It's certainly the best conduction high I've ever had, so I believe you. It's so Zen.

You guys are just killing me. It's like, I read this thread to satisfy my self-hate for wanting to read it. 🤣

One day soon I will pop (click?) my Vapman Cherry (pun intended) and become a "butane guy" with all the requisite robes and lotions and whatnot that you guys keep on hand.

Spider Man Lol GIF

Ok ok, just kidding of course. Nothing wrong with sharing a little butane amongst friends but alas, I'll have to wait 😥. Too many recent purchases and there's still the matter of negotiating a torch-zone in the house.

is this thing on?
I've been interested in Vapman for a while... But found the 200 euros a bit too much.
Now there is the click version for 99 euros, which I find very interesting.
The "high" is important to me. Is the effect as strong as TM2 or Solo 3?
Vapman always had, and the Click as well, deep reaching effects. It's mostly conduction and differs in that from TM2 with Solo3 somewhere inbetween (don't have had the Solo3). While it seems more subtle first using it, it's always satisfying to me. The clouds are not as big if you use it by design but it extracts the load completely. Flavor is there right at the top. You can have that experience with all the Vapman versions, newcomers are very well suited with the Click, easy going from the start. If you want the station (I love the station) you might want the OG or the 2.0. If you want it torch powered, I'd say Click it is. My advice is, reach for the Walnut or above! The Cherry is great and works the same as the more expensive ones, but in the end, you might want the better finishing touch of the Walnut or Amaranth versions.

You understand the Vapman. I am so happy to read your post. Please enjoy YOUR time with the Vapman...its peaceful...like smoking an Indian peace pipe. Cheers RedZep.

I have a theory that the perceived strength / signature of the your high is not just modulated by the extraction profile of a device – I think that all of the other qualities that combine to convey a general atmosphere or mood from the device, such as the flavor, ritual, and aesthetics of the device, actually color your high as well.

The Vapman has by far the most interesting workflow to me of any vape. You have to work for it, but the payoff is always worth it: if you're not getting clouds, you're getting flavor, and if you're not getting flavor, you're either getting clouds or the bowl is fully extracted. It's an incredibly rewarding device, in far more subtle ways than just getting you slammed.

Having to put in work is also what makes it the ultimate microdoser in my opinion. You could microdose with a cart, but you can also hit a cart mindlessly over and over again, and that defeats the whole purpose. The Vapman is so much more meditative.

That might be true for me as well. It just feels right. It's also the journey.

What countries are you in? They probably got buried in a ton of orders but does sound like a glitch in their system

Edit: I’m in the US and got a notice that it was shipped out on Monday, and is out for delivery today! Looking forward to trying it, but will have to wait until I can source some butane
Mine finally arrived today after a 2 day delay they explained they had actually lost my order but they found it and kudos it arrived today, I got they cherry and it's been great some blue biscotti 1 - 2 secs past the click and very nice :)

Glad they got you sorted! Makes sense they’d lose a few in the shuffle, but it always sucks when yours is the one they lose

woop woop.. Cherry and Walnut joins the fam 😀 Figured instead of one Amaranth, why not just get two - always wanted a pure. First visual impression.. Yeah the Walnut is nicer then the Cherry and the price reflects that. Just a nicer wood (finished) and it has a smoother feel.. I bet the Amaranth is even nicer. The wood is still a little bit rougher on both of them compared to the original 2.0, especially where the MP connects.. the wood edge ridges poke out above it a little and you can get a weird scratchy/sharp feeling from it if you spin the Vapman in your hand. The 2.0 is just smoother all around the top rim. Both have a smell of freshly sanded/worked wood. It's that friction heated/warm wood smell from sanding it ... I like this.

It doesn't come with the funnel or the little brush, and I can do without the new case.. rather it would have come with an egg. You can't store it bowl loaded and ready to go in this case.. has to be disassembled. Not much storage for all required materials.. also PSA check your air intakes with a sewing needle or a safety pin.. make sure all 3 are clear. One of the Cherry intakes was blocked.. A pin usually slides right through them efforlessly and poke out the bowl side. One had some sort of blockage real close to the bottom opening. I slid pin from bowl hole outward and it cleared it.. It was a little tiny piece of charred cherry wood.

The Cherry Pure has more of a burning wood odor when doing the initial burn off. I did this right after swabbing the bowls with 99%. Some iso must of seeped under the bowls to the click discs or externally down the outside bowl sides. Maybe some fumes got in there.. but during first 2 or so heat up's to burn off any remaining iso I saw a couple flames coming outward from the new base where you point the flame.. A Vapman chamber micro explosion (flash), Maybe it's the new vap piston - lol.

So.. Just tried the Cherry so far.. and it works of course. Maybe you can tell from this rambling post? It was a little odd at first hearing the click but got used to it fast. Tried at the click and it's very light.. had to go several seconds past the click to where I like it. Flavorful at the click on the 2nd reheat but I like those big hits that I mastered from the 2.0... Really liking the bigger bowl.. more potent experience 100%. But I'm still attached to my 2.0 so these new guys have to grow on me and still win me over!

So far happy with my purchase. At first I really didn't like the Vapman ..till I figured it out..

And now there are 3..
