Vapman Click
I also received my cherry click yesterday and was able to take it for a spin. Here are my initial thoughts:
+ Bigger bowl. I didn't think this would be a significant upgrade for me personally, but wow. It just felt right. Bravo!
+ Click. Love it. Makes for a more relaxed session.
And it doesn't really compromise with the mindful ritual IMO, mostly just adds to it.
+ POM mouthpiece. Daddy's home.
+ More hybrid-leaning effects (?). Is it perhaps the bigger air nozzles that are allowing more convection to take place?
To me it felt like the effects were a little less sedative and more balanced.
+ More heat retention (?). I was surprised to notice that I could comfortably, without stressing, take two draws before the second click.
+ Pre-charring. I hate "ruining" aesthetically pleasing things. Without this new feature I probably wouldn't have gone with the pure.
+ No mica = no flaking. One less thing to worry about.
+ Cherry wood. One of the most food safe options you can get. I also like the smell.
- Hard case. Unfortunately, for me, this was a clear downgrade compared to both the wooden cases and the good ol' eggs.
Everything from INHALE always feel purpose-built, so I was surprised to find that I had to force the Vapman pieces into place, which left me worried about possible scratches and bending of springs.
- Slight wood smoke from the pure model. I was expecting it, and it wasn't too bad, but there was a little bit of smoke coming from the wood when heating up the bowl.
I'm hopeful that this is mostly temporary.
- Low vibration. This actually isn't really a con, but I couldn't confidently pick up the click while wearing headphones.
All in all - what a model, what an upgrade!
Only problem is that it might be annoying to go back to doing blind intervals with the OGs. I guess that's a reoccurring drawback with new technology overall; once you've seen it, you can't unsee it - and you inevitably lose some appreciation for things that aren't as convenient and efficient.
I can totally understand that. But isn't it true that we don't go through life without scratches, scars, and wrinkles? Isn't it nice when objects tell a story that we have experienced together? In our fast moving times, a companion like the Vapman can help us preserve our shared history and time through its aging, helping us to pause and enjoy the moment. Just because you can see the time that has passed on it. It has something of Wabi Sabi.+ I hate "ruining" aesthetically pleasing things. I fully agree. My favourite objects by far are worn, scratched, cracked, just like me.I can totally understand that. Yeah, I hear you. But for me personally I would rather have that happen through natural signs of age and wear on the wood. Not visual reminders of times when I couldn't aim my flame straight. I also opt to remove urine stains from the toilet.I can totally understand that. But isn't it true that we don't go through life without scratches, scars, and wrinkles? Even though I wouldn't urinate on the Vapman, I can understand the comparison. Whereby the one shows my lack of marksmanship and the other a lack of hygiene. But perhaps the traces of urine are also due to a lack of marksmanshipI also choose to remove urine stains from the toilet.
IKR? I was actually disappointed by the pre-char; I’ve liked the faint wood smoke and seeing the wood gradually blacken on my earlier model pures. Does this mean I’ve been incontinent?Me seeing Wabi Sabi mentioned at the Vapman thread and then someone answer with a toilet-cleaning comparison.
They're very addictive. That's why most of us have more than one lolI didn't buy the OG due to the smaller bowl, and lack of indicator.
So I bought the Click and love it.
Now I'm weighing up buying an OG. Damn, they got me.
You wouldn’t be sorry. The OG is like studying meditation with a Zen master. The click is like using the Headspace app.I didn't buy the OG due to the smaller bowl, and lack of indicator.

I like really small bowls with my ZX (0.06g) so I do like that. I was just concerned the Vapman OG process would be too long and involved to make micro dosing worthwhile for me.you have to like microdosing to like og
Not only. The v1.0/2.0 are very good useable to doses down to 0.005g but for me as an european guy a full Pan of good Flower can last for a full evening in 6 out of 7 days.you have to like microdosing to like og

I have a spare. DM me an address, if you're UKI can't seem to keep track of those funnels so another would have been handy lol.
