That reads like it's never been available. It has. I've seen it 'in stock' quite a few times. Will that include the so far unobtainable "Devastator"?
Semantics, let me reword that:That reads like it's never been available. It has. I've seen it 'in stock' quite a few times.
I just picked up a Evolver HydraTree™ 2.0 for $129. I don't recall them ever being this cheap on the VXL site but hey I wont complain...

How much did they use to be?
Home Depot sells a supposedly organic limonene branded 'Zep' in the plumbing section.D-Limonene is actually a terpene that is naturally occurring in cannabis. Tetra labs uses it as the thinning agent in their oil. Because its so similar to thc, it dissolves it very fast compared to iso. It's called citrus solvent to some. It's usually extracted from orange peels via centrifuge or steam distillation.
Daily cleaning with iso is great. its actually the best thing if you are caught up and just doing a quick clean because it leaves no residue, but I find a bit of limonene helps dissolve really caked resin that iso won't touch. I think with your daily bamboo cleanings you are forgetting that you'd have to daily torch all the ELBs for it to rule out the fact that its simply the ELBs adding to that lower resin ring inside the glass joint. Look closely at the area where the seams on the mesh are.... Filled with resin on all my used ELBs.
Limonene is useful compared to Iso in some cases because it doesn't mix with the water, it floats on top. You can take advantage of this by using water, 1-2ml of limonene and 'agitation' to clean any pipe. For instance it instantly cleans the hard to reach spots on my hydratubes when I dip the HT into a cup of water with a very small film of limonene on the surface. The limonene coats the insides then makes further rinse with warm water and iso 10x more effective so that you use less alcohol and barely any limonene. This is also how I clean my Dave Goldstein Frits without using tons of alcohol.
I think they were previously $249.99
I give SM alot of respect for having the BALLS to disclose their position to the public. But, at the same time as a business man I understand why his legal team said not to say anything.
Not even close. Even if they're being discontinued I'm surprised at the price. That's a steal.I just picked up a Evolver HydraTree™ 2.0 for $129. I don't recall them ever being this cheap ...
If they ever sold that low, by the time you got through considering it, they'd all be gone.MGG said:Maybe if the hydraline dropped down to that price i'd consider getting it.
I doubt that anyone has dropped multiple HT's to get a comparison. They're all pretty thick glass. I wouldn't worry about how well they bounce. I'd just be careful with it, especially when it comes to trusting other people with it (and the Cloud).Meremoth said:How does it compare to the other ones as far as durability is concerned?
Not a lot of people have that. It wasn't produced until later on, and the Cloud unit alone (plus mouthpiece) also hasn't been available that long. The majority of Cloud owners bought the package- Cloud and HT. For most of its history, that's the only way it came.BTW, how often do you guys just use the standard mouthpiece?
Attention: There is a glitch on our website. The Evovler Hydratree is not 129.99. All orders will be voided. We are working to correct the price as we speak.

Dayum!!! I was gonna snag one up.Attention: There is a glitch on our website. The Evovler Hydratree is not 129.99. All orders will be voided. We are working to correct the price as we speak.
Edit: The proper price now displays.
That explains the out of whack price on that HT. Normally the circ and tree versions are the same price- Swagger or Evolver, so I'd expect the Hydratree to go back to $250.Attention: There is a glitch on our website. If members have any vote in which manufacturer to go to, my vote would be whichever ones made the clicker model. Mine has been running flawlessly for months and I think the general consensus is that clickers seem to be more reliable.
A goddamn shame about this latest round of bad news. Is there going to be any sort of extension on existing warranties if they won't be honored for at least three months?
meremoth...I call it the dry tube, and I love it. It keeps the taste strong and is long enough to cool down the vapor without particulate issues. I use it all the time when passing the Cloud back and forth with the wife in bed.
And hopefully some of those will be sub $200 and thick glass.we got some cool designs that we will be revealing over the next few weeks
Well, on a personal note, I really hope they get the manufacturing straightened out. My little side business is going to be slow now for a few months. I also feel for the people who want one and now have to wait. Kinda like in the beginning
This is a good question and also something I would like to know.
Also, how soon do you have to register your Cloud's warranty? Are you suppose to register it on the website as soon as you get it? What if you forgot to register it or never did register it, can you still register it months after getting it?
Doesn't calling it the "dry tube" kind of ruin some of the sexiness of using the Cloud with your wife in bed?
I think I saw a picture of another "dry tube" posted in this thread, that wasn't on the VX website. Do you know what that is?
I wonder if the Cloud is going to make me bench my SSV? From your signature it looks like it made you trade yours?
Now I just need to get a hydratube and a portable vape. I was thinking about the Solo, but the Ascent is about to come out and it looks pretty sweet.
As far as the HT's are concerned, I think I'm going to wait for this:
And hopefully some of those will be sub $200 and thick glass.
We are very sad to inform you that we recently had to part ways with our manufacturer due to irreconcilable differences and regretfully must notify the forum that we are completely out of inventory as well as parts to repair a defective VapeXhale Cloud.
Legally, we have been advised to keep the details under wraps but the Cliff Notes version is that we have reason to believe that the manufacturer didn't put their best effort into assembling our product and have taken our future designs and given it to a competitor.
We have had a string of bad luck with our last few manufacturers but this was the first time where we encountered malicious intent. Any momentum we gained since winning the Cup in Feb, as well as placing in all categories at the Colorado Cup have been derailed by this. This was supposed to be the final hurdle before VapeXhale could begin scaling our operations, hiring more full time staff, and introduce new, cutting edge vaporization products.
Instead, we are back to square one and picking up the pieces of this aftermath. The units that our team built ourselves are all units that are functioning properly with the correct temperature range. Because of this, we are now looking for a new location where we can bring ALL the manufacturing in house and do all of our own QC so that each and every customer gets a positive experience with us.
We're not asking for any sympathy or compassion in this situation, we just ask for some understanding. We have a small team here that is working for pennies on the dollar and we are all working 24/7 to ensure that the last 3 years of hard work don't get flushed down the drain because one person decided it would be better to bury us than do business with us. Luckily, we have a proven product and many investors who are ready to help chip in to get us back to full strength and then some.
This was/is very depressing news for me to experience but we've already come so far with our vaporizer that we cannot let this die. Thanks again for all of your support and we will be doing weekly updates on our Twitter and Facebook pages as well to keep everyone in the loop.
