Discontinued VapeXhale Cloud

So I also love to speculate, but I am not sure what to think about an announcement on the 18th. Either way I am pretty stoked because I want another Cloud, and have held off buying one until the time "feels right"...

I put the silicone bands around our main Cloud at home (for the wife's sake) and she says it helps her with the grip as well as the transferring warmth. I could hold the cloud between my thighs and not be bothered by the heat! Talk about confidence!

Can't wait for more news...
Here are some pics of my Cloud Buddy set up. I have used my Mobius and my SG Bent neck (pictured) and this works great! I use painter's tape to secure the base of the glass tube to avoid tippage...

As straight tubes are dying (just SSFG lines remaining AFAIK) and new HTs have a male joint on top, I think that the best way to keep straight tubes prefering people satisfied would be this mouthpiece:

I think that when VXL came with that bottom umbrella splashguard, they could do a comeback to ice pinches here. (as with SSFG line)
Just a VXL 2.0 tube needed, attach with keck-clip and one would have a straight tube with everything.

Another possibility is recessed joint (and more umrella-like splashguard), that would make keck-clipping impossible and would collect some water from HT before sending it back (unless prefilled). But it would prevent water from ice melting to go down so it would make great "just ice" mouthpiece with Cloud alone, cool and tasty. :mmmm:

Quick question - and I don't want to sidetrack the thread by any means but I was wondering if anyone cleans their brushes? And if so - how? I love the little 5 mm brush I use to clean out my elb's and the fucker is becoming pretty dusty. Just looking for any advice - if I have to just buy new ones its biggie but if I can clean it then why not.

I think I may have the same brushes or very similar. What I'm gonna try . . . warm water into a small glass with a drop of dish detergent, swish the bristle around briskly in the solution, rinse with lukewarm water, air dry standing on end.

I was thinking of either a bath in either boiling water or 91% ISO

Just a quick update, our staff is driving across country for the LA Cannabis Cup. We will still be responding to requests and inquiries but please allow some extra time as there are periods where our MiFi card doesn't pick up signal.
Have a safe trip!

It is a good question. I had inquired about brushes a few weeks back myself. I keep a jar of iso 99 around for soaking things and I just dip the brush in that and rinse with water. The brush seems fine.

Please help me to understand something. Vapexhale moved to PA.?

If so, why , of all places.

I think I remember my December cloud coming from CA.

They haven't. Some team members live in PA and some live in CA. It's a multi-state operation.

I got my PBW this week-end and tried it today - amazing product. It cleaned my bubbler without needing to bring a single brush into the fold. Just a soak then pass warm water through it, and the glass looks brand new.

Tiger has the glass dried thoroughly? Curious if you get the white film like myself and a few others have reported. Looks awesome WET, but when dry like crap :(

Do some people think the HT's have too much drag? I'm a glass noob, limited to mainly HT's so i'm curious. I did have a vriptech water tool perk way back, and that had way more drag than a HT.

I'm a bit confused about this whole Cloud Plus thing..
Will the cloud plus be replacing the cloud or will both be sold at different price points?
Will the international customers who pre-ordered the cloud be getting this new cloud plus with many of the fixes and updates or the older model?

So many questions, so little answers :'(. Feb 18th hurry up already!
Btw happy valentines day guys! haha.

My brush stays pretty clean, presumably because I'm only removing ABV dust from the ELB. So my thought is that a little detergent like Dawn is sufficient to lift the dust and any minute remnants of oil in it. Boiling water or alcohol may break down the fine synthetic bristles. :2c:

I do think HTs have too much drag, that is why I'm switching to a mouthpiece. I will be curious how the mouthpiece will be like with minimal drag.

Just a quick update on CloudBuddy orders. We received the CloudBuddies without the stopper portion. The stoppers will arrive early next week as they are being blown as we speak. Sorry for the delay, they will be sent out as soon as we return from the Cup and get the stoppers in stock.

that's very true - and makes a ton of sense. But - my only concern is that certain soaps and detergents need a specific temperature to be activated. For example - my dishwasher was sudding up very bad and when the repairmen came he said that my machine wasn't reaching a high enough temperature to activate the soap which resulted in excessive suds. I also agree with your theory on the fact that you only use the brush to sweep ABV particles (dust)from the elb. But, if your doing that like me - which I do as soon as my session is finished than what may seem like just ABV dust may actually have some oils or resin because it's still warm but will eventually cool and there is the possibility that you get some goo dried into the screen. I believe there was a member who actually reached partial combustion in the cloud because of a dirty ELB. That couldn't possibly happen if there was just ABV dust build up as opposed to some (although minor)resin.

I just received my mouthpiece. It was pretty smooth! However, wish it wasn't labeled Vape-X on the front cover of the package. Something more inconspicuous? Bamboo perhaps?

Am I reading correctly? Are you guys having trouble with HT's having drag? I would have thought the opposite considering that their all diffused so well. Could it be too much water perhaps? I've learned with quality glass you need very little water to make the magic happen.
