Even a ShowerCap would be smoother than an straight Vapir NO2 right. Both running at same temperature.

Oh yea. Any water filtration is going to be better then none. It helps condition the vapor to make it less dry. That makes the hit easier on the throat/lungs. Personally it is the throat that gets scratchy and irritated with "dry" hits.

Dr...for all practical purposes, you're gonna be happy with either one and you probably don't have enough experience with glass (you're a glass noob, yes?) to appreciate any subtle nuances yet anyhow. Just pick one and start enjoying.

Yeah. I have used a lot of glass but have never owned anything beyond cheap bongs. I tend to be a person that does tons of research though and I get overly obsessed about it.

I'm basically just waiting for my next paycheck to come in so now that it's finally so close, I'm freaking out about details.

Also, srry mods. I post on so many forums that I forget some of the rules once in awhile :(

Ah, a fellow doctor! I know the feeling Dr. P, thats how I was last week before I ordered my cloud. I was also a bit nervous about spending so much on one device, but looking through this thread really helped ease my worries.

Oh, and for what its worth, I went with the HydraTree. That said, I am a glass noob and made this choice solely on the principle that tree percs have always looked cool to me :D.

One reason I'd go with a swagger hydratube is the hydrafoot it comes with (which aren't being sold separately yet).

SD_haze,
Hydrafoot?

Clue me in. Is that just the extension on the bottom?

I'd assume that help prevent people blowing into it.

I think I can manage without it though. The more I look at the Hydratree the more that I like it.

This is a bonus that a lot of buyers miss. I don't know why they fail to include that info on the site. :hmm:

I wondered, why these Swagger prices raised by 50$ soon after introducing, I think it's because HydraFeet (first packages didn't come with them). I agree there should be much more info on each item. At least contents. Some items already have it, but Swaggers are still without any description. That could put a lot of people off. I liked swaggers and then disliked them for getting too expensive. Wouldn't dislike if I knew it was because of hydrafeet. But well, 50$(if I'm not mistaken) is quite a lot for a hydrafoot, I could get a whole deadfoot station for that.

Why is it that only the Swaggers get the feet?

On another note, It looks like I may be getting a Hydraline :)

You will not be dissapointed, I have a hydraline and a SGW showerdome, they complement each other and are both excellent. I like my hydraline for more chill seshes, where you can lean back and hit it on an angle.

They weren't all raised. The cap and double prices were bumped up to resolve a problem with the package prices. The hydrafoot price won't be anywhere near $50. Back in Sept. I was told it would be around $15-20, although that wasn't firm.

I remember they were all raised (not counting the introductory discount, which with the low introductory price made them really cheap for few days or so). Maybe not equally, but all. I think most were raised only 25$.
Tstat: Probably because they're bent-neck and have less water so less stable. I think HydraLine package should be shipping with the foot too.

I'll buy $25, although I don't remember any Swaggers being less than the hydraline. I may have missed or forgotten an initial bump. I know the package price for the showercap and double was raised by $50 a while back.

Makes sense, price wise.

Perhaps they're the only company that is making them at the moment. Just a guess, as they seem like they have more glassblowers than the other companies making HTs.

Congrats on getting a Hydraline. I'd love to have one of those!
