Discontinued VapeXhale Cloud

Are the slits gridded? That is, are there little pieces of glass breaking up the slits in to more than one opening? The website says: "Inlines are already known for their excellent diffusion qualities and each slit has been gridded for even more diffusion." It does not specify how many grids each slit should have. Inlines are gridded anywhere from 1-8 times, making a huge difference in the flavor, diffusion, and chug of the tube. Inlines with no grids are quite chuggy, IMO. The more grids you add, the more of a "fizz" you get as many smaller bubbles go through lots of little holes. For vapor, I was hoping for 2-4 grids to strike a balance between smoothness and flavor. Can hydraline owners chime in with how many grids their slits have? The older ones look a bit different to me.
I think they are. I had to dump the water out and squint a lot..lol, but I think I saw glass in between the cuts..I am having troubles telling for sure. Does not seem too "fizzy" IMO.
Sorry, I didn't even know what gridded meant. My mistake.

WOOOW! I am extremely clouded right now ladies and gents :freak: . This thing threw me for a loop but I got it now.... All I can really say is after two back to back sessions on 12 o clock I am very much done and not moving from this seat for a while. I also understand why the Cloud won first place product after using it. Much love VXC

PS: When they were selling the supposed 4000 units that are arriving to everyone about nowish, they still had time to swap my showerdome order for a hydracirc. Thats some good customer service right there.

Well, Friday has come to a close and no Cloud for me. My order got bungled (on my end, not theirs). They fixed it in time, but the shipping was delayed. My tracking number says that USPS has not yet received it. It will probably be Monday or Tuesday before I get that wonderfully indiscrete box that screams, "I'M A VAPORIZER! USE ME FOR WEEEED!!" *sigh* :(

The cloud comes in a brown box, there is little indication of what is inside.

I love my vapor. And I love my vaporizers. All of them for their own unique characteristics.

But the Cloud is the only vaporizer I have used that I can take giant rips from knowing that I won't cough. I can get super coughless rips from other vapes, but it's rare as I have chronic bronchitis and almost always cough from smoke or vapor.

Don't get me wrong, I've coughed up plenty of overambitious Cloud hits as well. But once I guaged exactly how much vapor I could get in a coughless hit using the Cloud, it's been smooth sailing. I can rip (for me) quite large hits and blow cloudage by just staying "under the line" to get that perfect hit everytime that is immediately extra satisfying because the cough reflex is nowhere to be found.

I have had some nagging back issues caused by vaporizing in the past, but I'm happy to report that my chiropractor won't be getting any more business from me anytime soon.

For any others out there that have similar respiratory issues and have coughing problems while vaping, but still crave those monster rips...... Well, now there is a solution.

Thanks VXH

:peace:

When it comes to packaging, some people need NO indication of what is inside. Pretty much everything comes in a black box. What distingushes it is the label, and it is very important what is on that label. ALTechnologies is an example of a discrete shipping address. VapeXhale is not. The word vape and exhale together would give no doubt to nosy viewers that the package was marijuana-related in nature, and a quick internet search would confirm it. Planetvape knows this, so their payment and shipping is from "Press19 Inc." This is a good, discrete name. It seems to me that your customers are requesting a similar practice.

That just happened...

I disagree. This label was clearly visible on the front of my box even to the point where you could see a evolver hydracirc package was inside. Even the serial number of the unit is visible. Not a big deal but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out there is something interesting inside. lol

My postman winked at me when he dropped off my cloud...go figure. Lol

I also have difficulty seeing the slits, but I think they are there. I have another inline, a Headford donut bubbler with 11 gridded slits. I like it, it is about as smooth as my Hydracirc. The Hydraline diffuses superbly and is super smooth - noticeably better than both my Headford and the Hydracirc. In the vid above, I think he is pulling a bit more softly, which I do too when not using ice; with a little more pull I get lots of tiny bubbles and a soft fizzing sound. I also have a Dirty Rico inverse showerhead with 13 gridded slits and the Hydraline is substantially smoother with much better diffusion.

I didn't say that. I have never used one of the HT trees. From the description of the trees posted here and others' comments, I strongly suspect I would prefer the inline. But I certainly can't be sure.

Havent really been payng attention, any idea if/when youll just be ableto buy the unit without HT, bucause id love to replace my unwarrantied broken unit for a mre reasonable price since i still have the HT...
They'll definitely be available as a separate purchase. That's always been the plan. As to when, we'll have to wait for the announcement. I'll say this though. I know enough to say that the package prices are such a good deal that even if you have no interest in using an HT at all, it would still pay to buy a package as long as you're willing to sell the HT. You can put it up in Classified, save someone some $ on a new HT, and end up getting a significant discount on the Cloud alone.

i was told how much cloud will be separate, trust me buy the hydra tube is a steal. its only little bit less for just the cloud.

I also know the price. Otherwise I wouldn't have made the post. If you mean the package price is a steal, then you're preaching to the choir, since that's exactly what I said. The buyer just has to be willing to go to the trouble of selling the HT.

Well, I am very very very upset right now. I am kind of freaking out. Almost to the level of panic attack.

Somehow, probably from me not drying it right before using it. I dried it before and then set it down, and probably didn't double check. A drop of water, and I mean a slight drop of water wound up on the glass joint of the Cloud. It traveled down the joint before i could stop it, and I heard it sizzle on the metal. Next to that area, my glass joint is has a crack I am sooo nervous now. I hope pressure from a new ELB won't break it. I hope im not getting any bad electronics in my vapor path.

Please, can someone assure me everything is ok? And as soon as they put individual Clouds up for sale, I think I will buy another. Here is a picture. It's in the bottom left of the joint.

I'm so scared and nervous. I love this thing.

Edit: It's still delivering nice milky hits. And I think it still tastes completely fine. I don't see a crack on the inside of the tube. This is so nerve racking. I love this thing. I would say for the next one, you gotta figure a way to protect against this water.

Had a bad first day with vxc. Flushed all of my bowls down the toilet, and the hydraline tipped over and now has a crack. Sometimes sharing devices as nice as a vxc can have reprocussions..

That clears that up, but you should quote the person you're responding to. Your response, quoting me, was confusing. We absolutely do agree though, that the package prices are a great deal.

If there was ever a vape that needs safeguarding from 'friends and family', this is it. Sorry for your misfortune.

I couldn't wait.

My faithful Cloud stop heating a couple of weeks ago. Replacement Cloud came with its glass core not firmly attached causing it to slide up and down. Warranty process still in progress.

Dealing with lesser forms of vapes during Cloud downtime is maddening. What seemed to work well in the past prior to ever using a Cloud (SSV, VG, GVG), is just not cutting it anymore so I took advantage of the recent sale and my 2nd Cloud is out for delivery today.

Once in the clouds, Cloudless sucks.
