I'm looking at your pictures of the evolver HT on the vapexhale website, and was wondering what the weird blackness was at the bottom joint of the hydracirc picture? The bottom joint on the evolver tree is crystal clear and normal, but the circ looks a little off.

Just a shadow?

Funny story actually. The HydraCirc they sent me to photograph had a hole in the stem. I went to pour the ISO in for the photograph and it started leaking everywhere. The only way I could figure out how to photograph the device and still have the ISO inside was to plug the hole. The best thing I could find was some plastic cellophane wrap, so I balled it up and stuffed it inside. I sent them two photographs. One of them was that one (The Original), and the other was a photoshopped version, where I took the GonG joint part from one of the other images and photoshopped it on top of that picture. When i sent them all the photographs I sent them both the photoshoped and the original. I think they just accidentally uploaded the original.

You should receive an email from VXC fulfillment with order confirmation and tracking info. That is how it was when I got mine back in March...OH, what a day that was!!!

I'm not sure if things will be different now that VXC is using USPS, but when I got my Cloud via UPS, I didn't get my shipping notification until after the unit had already arrived. So I'd be watching your mailman closer than your inbox.

Yeah, I chose USPS, hoping to be able to track it. hmmm well, I guess I will find out one way or another. I know it's been a crazy day around here... my issue seems a bit trivial.

Hate to say it but if you pre-ordered in February, under the old manufacturing process, you wouldn't have received your email for months. Now you will get your Cloud in about 2 months time or earlier. Does that turn your frown upside down?

1. VXL is not to blame, would you rather see such a great company endure further CCP issues? As I see it they are trying to make the best out of a bad situation. We should be supporting them, it was forced upon them.
2. You now have a chance to get it much sooner than you would.

I am confused... you are upset because you were saving up money, but spent it all since you figured you would have to wait till October or November. I guess you figured you could save it up again? Now you are upset because you spent the money before they got forced to make this change in the ordering process? Now that you have been given the opportunity to buy it early... you are mad at them because you spent the money you saved up? I am just confused.

Sounds like an unfortunate series of events. Congratulations on the engagement. I was really asking you to clarify because I was not sure if I understood your situation. Well worst case it sounds like you were preparing to save up more money and buy the unit when your pre-order time would have come up by. You can still do that if you want. Unfortunately, due to the inconvenient timing of your situation it sounds like the bummer is you can't get it right now. Look at it this way, if you happen to save up before October/November then you can order it. Now you will be able to order the second you get the funds saved back up.

Anyways, I hope you have a great wedding. I can understand how that you are frustrated. Try not to worry about the cloud... try and enjoy the last few days of your sanity before you get married. j/k

I wanted to order one today but couldn't because CDN ordering isn't working ... I'm anxious and impatient but not mad at all at the VXC team ... they are doing their best and doing a darn good job (the fact that they responded to me and others at all today is impressive considering how busy they must be).

Then low and behold at around 5:30 today, a user I had just bought a Solo off of offered me his Cloud (since he's not vaping regularly anymore and things have changed so the Cloud is overkill ...). And a buddy of mine wants to buy my Volcano Digit with about $100 of extra bags ... almost a case ... about $800 worth of gear my cost but I'm selling to him for $500 to cover most of the cost of my Cloud)

Thanks! Agreed! Think positive and good shit happens! (Who's complaining anyways? It's not like I don't have other vaporizers!--we can actually still get medicated without the Cloud ... there are other options! )

So something out of your control came up and has caused you a problem, you should be more understanding of VXL then. Something came up they cant control and caused them a problem, at least they are trying to make the best of it. You should too.

Anyway I cannot wait to receive my cloud. I will surely have a review with pics and vids to add to the ocean of information here.

So, here is an interesting observation, and hopefully my theory is right...

It's in the 90s here, we have 2 air conditioners going full throttle, one in my bedroom where I run the Cloud. I am right now heating the unit for 25 minutes and my light won't go green. This is at the noon position. If I dial down past the 8 oclock position, the light goes green. I just hit it and it's seems OK, maybe not as hot as it should be, but fine.

So, I know nothing about electricity, but could the use of the air conditioners be sapping the power? And if so, this is either causing:
The lights on the Cloud to malfunction but the heat to be OK.
The Cloud is just not getting up to the correct heat, therefore the light remains red.

I am hoping its the first, but I think it's the second. Making it harder to discern if the temp is still the same is the fact I just switched to 2 new medicine varieties. Anyway, I have no idea about this, but the light goes green in the morning, with no air running in the bedroom.

Dude, forget the lights, let the Cloud heat up to ambient at about 2.5 or so and let er rip. If you want more flavor turn the dial down (though at this setting I have not had to do so) If you want more fog, turn the dial up , realizing flavor will be compromised a bit, and have fun

I have been trying to hook up with my dealer who has been holding some good shit for me, but it took us days to get it set up right. I was thinking about it today and how if this doesn't happen quickly the money will be gone. Nothing disappears quicker than weed money that is not getting spent!
