So is there any downside to the whip 14mm angled adapter vs the straight one? I would figure that the angle of it could distribute the whip weight a little easier. My prime use would most likely be through my toro hex-13arm or with the glass straight MP (I do enjoy my dry hits on tasty bud), with some useage through a starbud cup for when im sittin back and if it can sit without tipping over hopefully my mini Alex Steppe fume 2 hole spinner encalmo rig- my only concern with that is the weight of the angled adapter might be more than the weight of the enail I have on a dropdown that sits just right, but I figure I could angle the adapter to work in my favor in terms of whip weight on the piece. The reason I'm asking is that currently the straight adapters are sold out but I can't really see much of a downside in the angled ones. Actually after thinking about it I could probably extract the hits in enough density using the VXC that I could just hold the adapter when exhaling using my smaller alex steppe rig, just thoughts..
I've pestered you with questions but I really can't thank you enough for the experienced responses from yourself
@t-dub and other very kind members on this thread! I've been looking for a kind of "end-all" vape and I think that this suits all my needs perfectly (not a bag vaporist when by myself and to be honest my friends love connecting their water pieces to vapes which i can't complain about
). I've tried tons of desktop vapes to be honest par from the VXC, but from every video I see and review it seems to fulfill every complaint I have of other vapes quite perfectly-
for example Volcano: needs lots of bud to load, bags/valves are not enjoyable to clean, bags lose good taste over time.
Sublimator: used a lot of herb to get a good hit which still didn't taste like an all glass airway for obvious reasons and to be honest tasted considerably worse than my UD, also when using the enail attachment it didn't provide the same clean short solid hits that an enail/vids of the VXNail seem to indicate- definitely investing in a VXNail later on when I decide that I prefer it over quartz enail for dabbing, but that may take a while haha. another complaint of the sublimator is that it seems like it is even more dangerous than my enail for useage/burns and ability to tip my piece
Verdamper: heats slowly, provide grody/nasty hits if you don't refresh the water frequently, requires constant stirring for an even heat, took a lot of bud, takes up an obnoxious amount of space but I like the lightshow haha
UD: solid build + amazing customer support, only downside is that it doesn't have the constant temp heating based on your pull that the VXC does, as well as not matching as seamlessly with water pipes as the VXC does although it did work quite well with them, true complaint from my usage would be mainly the heat up time and the "find your own perfect voltage" kind of deal, and i also had about 3 VVPSs break on me during my warranty alone :/, I can't blame UD about that since they don't produce them themselves, but I personally don't like the fact that I am relying on a generic factory VVPS that seemingly breaks or is prone to not working over time and breaking that way
I really think the VXC will suit my needs perfectly since the heating element seems to be much more durable than I previously thought and should last me for years to come with good care-
not to mention the fact that if I decide to go for a vapexnail it might be quite conservative in the future (haven't read into the efficiency of full extraction in the VXC with concentrates, but I always have my trusty enail for concentrates which i have no complaints about except for maybe if the VXC can hit low temps for a nice while then finish off the dab at higher temps.... hmm gets me thinking
)
