Nice to see VapeXhale glass stuff still stocked. How are things out there in EVO land? Hope everyone is enjoying their EVO! Thx @Sohigha for offering an EVO repair service, incredibly invaluable .
If you are ever interested in an EVO refurb let me know. I have a bunch.I was initially looking to see if I could get a backup EVO, maybe with a Labor Day discount, only to find that the EVO has been discontinued for now. I was pretty bummed out, but on the bright side, it helped me come across this amazing community on my search for updates!
Some of you might be interested in the post I made in the Ask FC forum, where I describe my experience trying the LSV as an alternative for the EVO, ELBs included. I'm super happy with the results and plan to use the LSV as my daily driver so that I can cut down my EVO use to once a week or so in hopes of keeping it alive longer.
What's a worthy replacement for the vapexhale evo?
My cloud evo is starting to go. The heater dial no longer has that palpable "click" when it's in the middle, the heating element is getting wonky too. Still works for now but it's only a matter of time... Biggest thing is I've invested a considerable amount into their glass pieces. But the...fuckcombustion.com
@CANtalk I really enjoy making a kief sandwich in the ELB with a layer of ground bud below and above the kief!
Did you have one repaired or did you buy a refurb from her?High all. I just wanted to pop in and give props to Sohigha for getting me back on the Cloud, I was her first customer. Don't hesitate to deal with her, she is very helpful and communicative. I can't thank her enough, but I can attest that she is the real deal, savior of the Cloud!
Repair.Did you have one repaired or did you buy a refurb from her?
Howdy, I've got my Evo I bought nearly a decade ago, and when I heard it was being discontinued I bought a handful of bowls not knowing if I'd be able to a decade from now. Are there any good alternatives to the Metal mesh bowls? I've seen other Vapes using Screens and glass/gem beads. Are there similar options that could be adapted to an EVO?
Unfortunately no. The container for the flower would have to fit into the bamboo at the same depth and also the thickness of the glass would need to be tested. Vapexhale never got around to engineering one.Howdy, I've got my Evo I bought nearly a decade ago, and when I heard it was being discontinued I bought a handful of bowls not knowing if I'd be able to a decade from now. I was thinking about cutting off a glass nail and fitting screens to it. I'll let you know how it goes if that thought ever turns into action.Unfortunately no. Speaking of oldies but goodies ... all ok @ataxian ? ... Haven't seen you around in a long while and hoping all's good ...
I'm hoping he's ok . I don't write much on Fc these days but still try and come on when I can . ataxian has always been 1 of the best around .Well it's been almost 6 months with no word from @ataxian ... wherever he is on this pale blue dot sending him ☮& and remembering him with his reply to @Vitolo congratulating Ataxian on his winning the Tommy Chong Autographed Aria contest ... classic @ataxian response.
Wherever you are may you rest in peace old friend and know that all your friends here miss your daily observations on life and marijuana.
No, that's why I haven't bought this vape yet.I just saw vapefiend has new Evo - I’m feeling tempted
does anyone offer Evo repair in Europe ?
Email Vapefiend and ask the price to repair an EVO that you purchase from them. They charge extra if you buy it somewhere else. I can make you a 220v refurb and repair it, but you would have to pay shippingI just saw vapefiend has new Evo - I’m feeling tempted

I usually just do 1-2 for a session. Most of the ones I got originally are still kicking. A few of them have too big of a separation for me to want to continue using them.how many elb do you use as a daily user and how long do they last ?
Thanks, how old are the ones you can still use ?I don't use my Evo as much these days, but I do bring it out every now and again. I still love it.

Hmm, honestly I don't remember when I got it. I have the 2nd one off the line, so it's right when it originally came out. 2017 maybe? So maybe about 5 years old? Thanks, how old are the ones you can still use ?
Okay so these elb can take some use - btw what’s your daily driver today since your Evo isn’t ?Hmm, honestly I don't remember when I got it. I have the 2nd one off the line, so it's right when it originally came out. 2017 maybe? So maybe about 5 years old?
Yeah good times man - congrats on the VolcanoThese days, I usually use a Fury Edge for simplicity. Otherwise, I either break out the Flowerpot or the Evo to use with a water piece.
That said, I did just pick up a Volcano, so that is going to see a lot of use for the next few weeks .
