It sounds like its time for a new battery. There's a link in my FAQ. My records show you've had it just over two years now. Since you are a fairly heavy user, I'd say you followed the rules fairly well.
To answer your question of doing anything different, kinda hard since I don't know what you have been doing so far...
The most important is to do the initial conditioning when new and maybe follow up with a full discharge periodically to keep in the best condition. Also, avoid storing at full charge. As in, if your planning on shelving for a while, take the charge down to a 50-60% storage charge.
