Torches, bangers and carb caps!

My ESB spinner cap took an unfortunate fall/break yesterday and I am in need of replacement.

Oh, I had started a new thread but this is what I was looking for haha to post this about Quartz Pi:

Admittedly I didn't look too far back, but I wasn't seeing any thread discussing something like this where would be a good place to post one of my recent sale pickups!

So I had already gotten wild berry color Quartz Pi bubble cap in the 30mm size from 710coils, originally with the goal to use with my Sai+ and bottomless banger I got from 510mod, however since I seem to prefer simple hot start torch dabbing with my thermal banger (I have opaque bottom regular 25mm banger as well and a smaller clear bottom one on the way) that has been mostly what it has been used for...

I saw on instagram recently quartz pi had new colors in stock and their black friday sale starting early, they had a really nice strawberry color phoenix over white satin I think? but what I was really taking with was the opaque colored dense blue sonic color... And I was able to justify it, by grabbing the 25mm size, which is also a little cheaper, thinking it probably is size that way for a reason, for that size banger?

Suffice to say, yes is the answer to that question haha Yes it is working even better now with the smaller size bubble cap, it can go a little lower into the banger, I've only been using it with my thermal banger so far, and it's only a slight difference but it is better, I know it will be much better with the flat top regular opaque bottom banger (I got a different type of cap I was using upside down with them that is like okay but not proper from DHgate lol) and it will be perfect for the smaller flat bottom flat top banger I have coming soon from DHgate... Oh WildBerry on the left has a gold crested π logo, while the DenseSonic is actually clean:

By the way highly recommend all three of these stores, very fast shipping and great prices especially on sale! Also the customer service of 510 and 710 is phenomenal, pi also seemed to honor my request in the notes when I ordered, for a Dense Blue Sonic bubble cap that was a bit more multi shades of blue like the one in the top left of his hand in the photo posted, so yeah definitely delivered on that front! Very satisfied with these dabbing purchases (but I'm still trying to nail my recycler choice, which can busy seen in the cheap glass thread )

Maybe I should get a new banger and a dab thermometer for one of my heady tubes. Was thinking about getting an e rig but it kinda looks like as much work as just torching one up

Cool! How are the first one and last one doing? Wondering if they can be had in the US... Although at what cost of course lol

IMO anything other than a blazer big shot is just not worth a dime. Nothing performs like Blazer.

Lots of options for bling with blazer but really any other brand is just a waste of butane.

Ehhh my $25 blusky big butane torch from Amazon has been totally fine for years now...

But I would happily bet Blazer smokes BluSky in heat up times and top temps. The flame is incomparable with Bigshot. I can heat a Evan Shore XL banger in 6 seconds to over 600*. [drops mic].

I heat mine with GT8000 for almost a minut, i feel like its worth it for heat retention, but i have been taking some giant dabs recently i need to relax, im too baked these days hah. Been thinking about getting a Vapobong just to get off dabs for a while at this point

I am also a globber, but don't find any real difference in heat retention with longer heat up periods, I just end up waiting longer for it to cool.
