I have that stem and yes they wiggle a little bit when clean. This is necessary to give them some room for expansion when they get hot.

There are some alternative cooling stems that have fixed cooling pieces, but pretty much all the pearl and pill stems rattle (to varying degree) just how they're made

Be in touch with Tinymightvapes. They will sell you the glass pieces you need.
Unfortunately they only sell the glass for the upper part but not the one that is surrounding the heater…

I have to shout out to @Shit Snacks for giving me the idea to try low temp vaping with my Tinymight2s.
I started out at number one on the dial and went up a half number with each hit. I could not believe the visible vapor on one!
I am not someone who "appreciates" the taste of cannabis, but vaping at low temperatures makes it "less offensive" and I even have a couple of strains that taste kind of nice, go figure.
This past Thursday I had a small dose of green dragon tincture in my system, and I vaped starting from the lowest possible temperatures and I was forced to go lay down. That was from one stem with the Tinymight 14 mm WPA and an ash catcher/j-hook setup.
Admittedly this is not a solution for 100% of the time. There are times when I want high temp indica for severe pain and/or sleep.
If you have the time, give this a try, you will be glad you did.

Its already been answered but thought id chime in (i made those stems for those that dont know). Yea a bit of rattle is necessary, if the glass is in contact with other parts it can create stress, partially due to the shrinking and expansion as it is heated and cooled when making, and also having glass touching other glass can make “tags” which can reduce the integrity of the piece due to incomplete welds or sharp angles.
For example the spikes should never touch each other or any other part of the glass.
If the terp pills were to be fixed, you would need to come up with a clever way of fully fusing the connection so there are no acute angles. Not an easy task. I try my best to minimise wiggle room as you dont want them to rattle about so much they can break a spike or the screen, but yea, they need a little space.
As mentioned once they are a little dirty they stop rattling.
Hope you like the stem! I mainly love them for the reduction in draw resistence. With a the straw method to fill the stem getting lungfuls is a breeze imho.

I'm guessing that you have tried with it open?
Are you using the reclaim filter? I found it better without.
Just got my @VaPeD&CoNfUsEd WPA and it is stunning. I always struggle to photograph glass so it is much prettier in person. It's also very solid and literally perfect.
I was already picking up one of his dab tools and asked for a matching TM WPA. He turned it around super quick and it was so inexpensive I said he should raise the price. The dab tool is nicest one I own now, but is less relevant to this thread

Well, when I first received the wooden sleeve I hadn't yet received my Revolve Gen 2 cooling unit, and also didn't have any Gen 1 reclaim filters, but I was eating quite a bit of herb that way. Since receiving the Gen 2 setup, I've only used it with a filter so far. Maybe with that 2nd cooling unit now, the filter isn't as necessary. I'll try removing it.
As far as the airport goes, I haven't opened it up with the Gen 2 either. I did try it with the Gen 1 setup, but was probably reluctant to inhale very hard due to the herb bits that were making it through to my mouth. I'll give that a try as well and report back with any interesting info.

I have this stem and it’s the best one I’ve used yet for just this reason. Excellent cooling, draw resistance is perfect. Highly recommend.
