I have not tried that particular extract, but the "solvent" part gives me some concern. All the bad fouling I've experienced in Cera, Revolution/DART, Omicron and so on has been from solvent refined concentrates. Not all are problematic, of course.
By contrast, CO2 oils seem to be very clean. I've run a dozen or more through one of my EO cores without cleaning once. I've bought some at Harborside, Sparc in the city is a good source, as is Elemental in SJ.
My advice is to look for CO2 concentrates if you want to prolong the life of the cart, at the very least do a very careful (and demanding) foil test before bunging it in if it's solvent based.
Unfortunately, no it's not (look at the link). I agree CO2 extracts are the call. This may be fine, but it's not CO2 it seems.
