So, TET is going out of business then? This is verified? Damn, I spoke with Z two days ago.. He told me they were relocating.. And I shouldn't send my cera back because he doesn't want things sent back and forth. I asked for a time frame, he said he didn't know, that he would try to send me a body. I was supposed to be contacted via email or call.. I got neither. I have a expensive paper weight then???

Well looks like it's official. I got a useless cera body and a good ll and EO core. What a waste. Z could've just told me they were closing down. Bullsht

Why else? To avoid simply telling me that my product is now worthle$$.. To avoid sending me a new body..I mean if ur closing down, fuck it, what can I do? Iv paid a lot of money for these products, I feel robbed. Sht happens I guess. I want to believe that a new body will arrive in the mail. But we all know that won't happen.. Again..if he's never gonna have to deal with us as customers again..why lie? Guess my focus will be were it's been for the better part of 6 months.. On my pax.. As much as I want to hate it.. Because of the materials used to make it, and the fact that it's made in China... It has NEVER failed..ever..on the other hand my cera has had constant issues from day one. Ima kick rocks I guess

I'm in talks with w9 about making an adaptor for a mechanical mod (the 8) to fit our cera/Luna carts. Is there anyone here who might be interested in something of this nature? It will be closer to $200 for a complete side fire setup. the mod will also work for 510 and W9 thread patterns.

Sounds pretty enticing and I just gotmy Cera TI EO. I think I'm gonna buy a TI LL body and all too!

What do you mean process orders? They will ship all the cera's that have been ordered? I'd prefer a refund then a now worthless cera. Blah. Wish that they would've sent me a free body.. Had a total of 6RMA Requests


And you all know something else? Z went as far as to say that IF he were to send a body, he would be in held accountable for getting the failed body back,once they were done relocating. Don't get me wrong.it was a great experience with a great product..but this has left me speechless lol. I can type tho.loved the EO core .sigh.. Will try to forget about this and have a heart attack if by some chance I do get a body lol..good-luck to the rest of you, hope your cera's last a couple years at least. I hope that a vaporizer with equivalent in quality materials emerges on the market sooner then later.

At least u have that advantage! Sell it asap lol..I can't even do that ..this sucks I really did like it.wish I had bought it sooner.. I wouldn't have cared if I had gotten at least a years use out of it...hell even 6 months ..always in for repair.

u gotta email them and they get back to you in 24 hours, paypal payment. when i find it ill post the limk.
they dont give you money till they get it and review it for a day.

We will send you your payment via PayPal within one day of receiving and reviewing your device. In some cases we may be able to issue payment the day of.

Is there much reason still to do this?

Maybe a few of us should talk about what can be salvaged here. The oil cart is a darn good design.

The bottom half is just a mod and that has been done to death.

Then again maybe it is the dab carts that cost next to nothing and can be run on any battery or mod are what...

Maybe best to say good bye to a company that did a great job!

I.have rebuilt my carts a couple times myself. When the ceramic starts deteriorating you can user fish aquarium stone diffusers to replace it with. Other than that the only part that can go bad is the heater wire. Unless you break the ceramic post in the middle. I will def keep rebuilding mine because I love the EO cart. If anyone doesn't want their carts anymore I'll probably buy a few. Pm me If you want to sell yours cheap.

I can walk you thru it. It's not the key that will break, it's the thread inside of the cart. Be super extra careful when removing the threaded screws and count the turns. Do not over tighten on reassembly! That's the best advice I can give. The rest is easy.

I can't see why someone wouldn't pick up where TVAPE left off. Maybe they are just changing company name and location and bringing out another superior product?:shrug: Shoot, all three are still going strong for me T1, Cera, Luna maybe Mars next? C'mon Tvape! Don't let us down!!!! :clap:

multiple emails and still no reply. so i guess they closed since shitty customer service. their so proud of buying 50 vapes since january and i gues they dont care anymore.


seems like i had to email them 5+ times before getting a response and they blame me for inputing email correctly....... great service...................

got 140$ as a offer.... and shipping is already calculated.... so like $134 for my cera....

i say i got better luck selling on ebay or craigslist.

Wow this stinks... I had a Cera body and two evolution carts that needed a rebuild. I almost sent them in earlier this month but im moving so i was gonna wait it out til im done moving... i guess it was a good thing as i might not have seen them again if i sent them off..At least it seems this would be the case rom the looks of how they are ignoring customer inquiries. Glad i just got myself an Arizer tower!
