Pranayama; of a sort.
it's intentionally tighter than the Revolve as its made to be able to take the force of pulling the Tempest out by the mouthpiece when in the Leather Case (& magnet) that's coming with the release versionhas anyone had issues removing the mouthpiece from the stem? it’s been very difficult on the tempest i received for both installing and removing.
you don't need to, after a few times pulling it in and out... damn that's dirty.... anyway after a little time it softens a little and is easier to do without loosing the strength it needs in the casea lil lube will help the orings slide in and out.. not too much just a film will do wonders for your issue.
I stopped counting at 22 heats on my Samsung 3500mah, I will count the P28s I just put in overnight tonightam going to blame the batteries for now. I don't think any of them are unused at this point. I have 2 sets of Molicel 28s on order and we will see how they do. They are the most powerful 18650s I have used and last the longest before needing to change in my other vapes.
Every time I use the batteries (any really) I start the Wand and put the Tempest in and the amount of battery remaining starts at full, then the wand recalculates the draw at about 2 or 4 blinks and then the "amount remaining" starts to jump around a bit.I use two pairs of new Molicel P28 for the record. Should count the heatings i get out of fresh charge but the indicator goes down to 1 bar during first cycle but "recovers" after. Brenyo said he gets 15 cycles out of a charge but like i said i didn't count yet.
I checked the Apsire batteries (mine are technically new) and I got 18 reheats off them, I tried the Samsung and got bored and stopped counting at 22 (because no one else has these that I can compare against) so I have the P28's in and am counting them tonight, my P28s are 2 weeks old (or thats when I got them)
The battery remaining indicator on the Wand, is configured based on the power drawn when using the Aspire Banger's, the Dynas have a similar draw (I have read that the DV's draw anywhere from 35-45W), the Tempest uses like 2x the energy (@Brenyo mentioned about 100W), the Wand software isn't really designed to handle that draw which is why the "amount remaining" is unreliable.)
its 41c today (105f ish).....Was hitting at 5F at night time when I went to look at stars and it was ridiculously chill with above setup, looking forward to wood though!
Reheats actually might not be a valid count today as its so hot
Edit: I’m really enjoying going hands free with the helix tube, no SCU, a “fat mouth piece”, and a 2/3 open cap airflow.
