Yes contact support we have replacements for it.
So I sold my hercules to my friend, and this happened. The wire snapped out. Dont know how. Dont know why. I got it from Planetvapes. And I believe its still underwarranty.
Does anyone know if I can get this replaced? I just sent them a email regarding it
Thank you, do you know if its a free replacement from planetvape or I would have to pay for it? As I am still under the warranty, but I was at fault

Seems a reasonable assumption, since it's not completed yet? I seriously doubt it's been abandoned or unnecessarily delayed.

Mine is still sitting in it's box, waiting on the upgrade. I'm waiting (not as patiently as I'd like....) for the perfected version. I want/expect the ultimate enjoyment of the Hercules.
It's been a long time coming, I too feel the time is nearly at hand. I'm sure it'll prove worth the wait.

Got a few questions about the bender. All of Ataxian's pic's making me consider snagging one.
1. With a single load of the bender, is it only enough for solo or could multiple people get in on the session without refilling it?
2. How long of a session are you looking at with the bender? (heat up time + actual sesh time)
3. How many sessions can you get before you need to recharge your batteries with bender? (will 1 set of batteries be enough for me and a few fella's to get down on a few times when we get together for cards?)
4. Taste wise which is better..... 2.4 carts or bender?

Yeah, pretty easy to hate a guy like that isn't it? Always dangling the candy in front of you? The man's passion for the gear he enjoys shows through....almost beacon like.
I can't answer many of your questions since I've found Bender to be so powerful thus far. It takes a fair amount of bud to get going well in my hands (like half a gram) and when it gets there it hammers me something awful long before I can test how long it will keep producing. IMO there's plenty for everyone, it's not a solo deal at all. The taste, up to the overwhelmed point is very very good, easily in the top rank IMO.
It is a powerful tool, to be respected IMO and used accordingly.
2.4 can taste very good when filled with fresh top notch concentrate, but for those that appreciate taste above all else I think Bender may well take the nod as it's so clean to start with each load.
Now, if we just wait a bit, I'm sure our friends will fill in the blanks for both of us?

2.4 carts are great!
The BENDER is great!
I use both.
2.4 for dry blonde wax
BENDER for max FLOWER FLAVOR
I wish I had people to share the BENDER with.
One load is all I need!

I get 2-3 loads completely toasted before the battery conks out for me.
But rarely remember things much at that point....Bender is hands down the best portable flower vape!
Hoping I can say that about the Herc soon as well.

After one session I don't think you need more batteries or another session unless you have lungs the size of Godzilla!
I sometime put a set of charged AW 18350's in my pocket.
However after the first session I'm done.
To compare it to my SOLO which I use a lot:
4 STEMS = 1 BENDER BOWL
This is not scientific just my observation.
Hercules is confirmed.
Here is what we have learned. All oil up to 99.9% can be recovered with iso baths. Every Single Piece is boilable.
All parts are user serviceable. No more sending it in. You can have your spare parts and bam no more down time.
All parts are medical grade. Ceramic, Stainless Steel, Teflon, Tungsten and Brass.
No solder of any kind in the heater core, or air path.
No Heating wires of any kind.
No Silica Wicks of any kind or glass rods.
No wires of any kind.
1 year warranty.
Here is what we will admit.
It is not for the timid. It will leak small amounts of oil into its bottom base. It will frustrate you because you don't know how to use it. It will make you scratch your head.
But the one thing it will not do is.
Disappoint you.
Hercules SR-71. Taking you to higher altitude every day. ( if you dont like the name let me know we will stick with Hercules V2 )

SR-71 da black bird. Awesome machine too. Met the 2 pilots who broke the speed record London to NY. The pilot stated they initiated their turn over Greenland and its going so fast it took hundreds of miles to make the turn... This was in 1974 at a Military Dinning In (party). Too bad they closed the Gerber unit of the Smithsonian - the unit where they rebuilt the aircraft. Went though there in 2001. I was leaning against a fuselage listening to the guide then i noticed it was part of the B29 Enola Greg (Dropped the 1st A Bomb). We got to climb in the SR 71 and hang. The tour was 4 people and was free. You got to watch and talk to the pople restoring the aircraft - all volunteers. Man I was in Heavon.

0.5 grams for a BENDER Session sends me into MAX FLIGHT!
Yes FLAVOR is critical for me.
I can't drink $2 Buck Chuck from TRADER JOE'S. (I'm sensitive to flavor)
When the little work I do is done it's BENDER action.
My plug in is not the most fancy however the flavor makes up for the lack of beauty.
Plus I use it in my Stealth Medication Area. (no one see's it!) Function not fluff!
The 2.4 Carts and a 18650 filled with a BLONDE well purged wax is ALL TIME my daily all day driver.
FAST EFFECTIVE STEALTH and did I mention FLAVOR!
Just don't put HACKER Materials in your carts.
Make POLLEN PELLETS with you weird materials.
The HERCULES sans TANK is the device I use to process my materials and rest my mind and body.
SR-71 with TANK and filled with high quality WAX (Blonde) well purged SHATTERS, BRITTLES, EXC.
I have 2 HERCULES for this reason (WAXES, HASH, POLLEN PELLETS).
The HAMMER HEAD I love for the BENDER.
IRIS V2 is a necessity!
NIBBLER I'm missing out I'm sure!
I know there is other good products out there.
However I have the DELTA NINE PERSEI setups working well for me.
I do have some CHINESE EPENS given to me when I got my MM License I use rarely.
This is why I appreciate the PERSEI stuff. (FIT and FINISH)
OMICRON is another well made product.
I have a great set up so I would rather buy TOP SHELF MEDICINE than more vaporizers.
With the SR-71 soon to be in our hands I'm stoked to VAPORIZE with such a powerful unit!
