OF, here is what I was talking about.

The new carts have a design that I am not sure I like. I think as a measure to stop leaking they have extended the center pin by about 2 or 3 mm so that leaking oil will not drip out but collect in the bottom until it reaches the hole and then leaks out. So if it does leak out the bottom that lower area must be full.

Thanks very much. I was just getting back to trying to understand it. Unfortunately it seems it was what I had dismissed as a bad idea....a storage place at the bottom of the cart you can't empty? Yes, the oil isn't leaking out the bottom and making a mess (at least usually), but it's still leaking out of the system and being lost for practical purposes. While nobody wanted oil leaking out the bottom, most guys I think are looking forward to actually vaping the oil they spent so much for rather than wondering what's happening. As I understand it, the cart could run dry while still showing oil left by weight as the oil in the lower area is no longer available but still contributes weight?

Are these "improved" carts marked in some way so you at least know not to trust the weight any more?

Yes you do, we are offering the new tops with the hammer, as a package. Click on click off button feature for the hammer. So you dont have to keep it pressed.

The on off feature is like a flash light, press it and it stays on press it again and it turns off.

Its not like the Omicron with the 5 press to turn it off.

So today I finally got the replacement double top from PlanetVape and it works great at 7.4v but it still has the issue with the blue 3.7v battery. You said it was because of the board in the battery or something if I recall correctly?

So I'm just waiting on the replacement TrustFire 18650 to get here. Would you happen to know if the replacement battery has shipped out yet? I'm unsure as I didn't receive a tracking number or any confirmation other than what was said in the ticket.

Also , I was inspecting the faulty double top today and the two connections for the carts seem to be really loose and can move up and down and around a bit. I'm willing to bet that the connections inside the top are loose from all of the movement.
