I have the original single 18650 and the two 18350s that came w/ the kit. No extra charger or batteries yet.
The 18350s sometimes flicker, but nowhere near as often as the 18650.

I found a multi-meter I can use, what should I measure (and how, haha) to figure out the problem? Should I do a volt test on each battery before or after charge, or do I test the Persei top itself with the batteries in? Not much experience with MultiMeters.
And, to add to this pathetic plethora of questions, I saw earlier in your posts to FriedBanana about mixing batteries; could my problem be that, for a few weeks, I was using the two 18350's separately with my short SS tube? I assumed that if I charged them in tandem, the volts would eventually match again, I'm feeling like this is majorly wrong now.

xxxx is the code; I just used it to pick up some spare batts and carts.

Edit: IIRC, Delta 9 doesn't mix and match carts for 5 packs, I'm not sure about master packs.

Edit 2: Anyone who's been on the fence about getting the Bender or Nibbler X or both, just do it! This is an awesome deal!

BTW I thought I'd mention...if no one else has...the Nibbler X is perfect for training wheels. You draw too hard...water bubbles up into your mouth. Seems to me this is the perfect thing to teach people the correct draw. Also, I'm digging it. It's given new life to my 2.4 & 1.5 carts.

I had to spring for two 2.4ohm carts and a Nibbler X as well. I stopped using the normal omicron carts a while ago because of taste issues, but I'm thinking going back to the 2.4's through a Nibbler X should provide some pretty tasty results. Lets hope so!

Just the heater. You can run it fine on your Persei (fits 'like it was made for it'), but you have to hold the button on. IMO no big deal. It's easy to get distracted using this vape you see, it's nice to have it shut down when you lose interest....or get otherwise distracted.

Btdub, I feel amazingly stupid to have not tested my 18650 on the double head! I forget I have the thing, I so rarely find myself wanting to use it (haven't gotten around to buying the dual mouthpiece). I am in a new charge cycle, w/ the 18650 reading 4.1 on my MM. When the Flickering, as I have dubiously named it, begins, I'll switch tops and see what it tells me.

On a separate note...
Anyone feel like the NibblerX helps keep carts cool? A big part of my vaping experience w/ the Persei is keeping my finger on the cart to test if I'm going too hot. Don't know how I'll do this w/ an NX but if it keeps the cart cool that's two birds with one stoned D9 fan.

D9's warehouse is in Van Nuys. It takes two days to make it to San Diego, a further day for delivery. I'd figure 2-5 days for you, not including the day you place your order. Sacramento is about 3 times the distance of LA to SD.

I think we can all relate. In a similar story I have one of the Beta Test Ceras. I've loaned it out to several members to try. Two of them used the prototype (since removed) latching switch to forget and blow the whole load of oil all over the place. Like a gram worth if you're a 'power user' as one guy is. One of them proved the first wasn't really an accident by doing it a second time a day or two later (after making a mess on the kitchen counter). As he pointed out, at least it wasn't on the leather in the car......

I think removal of the latching function has saved a lot of owners grief.....the very owners who wish it was a feature ironically.

On the Nibbler X cooling issue, IMO just the opposite happens really. It adds a glass sleeve around the cart for an insulator (glass is good at that.....). Then, just to make sure, it puts an air gap and another glass wall before you get to water. You need to 'read' your vapor, feeling it by the cart or expecting 'water cooling' to help isn't going to work. In fact, I think it builds heat up a bit faster?

IMO you should still take advantage of the offer and get on board, they're pretty neat. I like to run mine with a foot or so of silicone tube so I can watch the action better (I'm easily amused....).

either/both go between the top of the bender and your lips. or the bowl and water pipe if you are using them for combustion
