The PERSEI is very powerful.
I use the 2.4 mostly and the 5.0 gets me a bit ripped! (I'm a feather weight)
I haven't tried the other carts however I'm sure for the experts like BOB, VITOLO and OF no problem.
There are days were the only medication possible is with the PERSEI.
It is true that the various levels of knowledge keeps it challenging.
When I sneak out to my back yard with a BENDER attachment loaded with a TOP SHELF STRAIN I maintain my THC levels at the correct levels. (The PERSIE is versatile)

The UNIVERSE will be a unit that I can take out on walks with my dog in sheath mode.
These PERSEI attachments are luxury Items.
There are many plug in devices that do a great job however with my situation I can't have one sitting on my coffee table like most of the members on this site. So I may be less fortune than most people. I watch the videos of guy's like VITOLO and BOB vaping with complete admiration for their ability to reach such levels of NIRVANA in the open!
The UNIVERSE would really fit my personal needs. (STEALTHY)

just about finished a 0.3 of some honeycomb wax i put in a tank in the hercules. I got a hit count of about 30, so .1g=10 hits? its still hitting but the hits are weak and growing weaker with each hit. ima put another .3 in the same tank and compare...

About the same for me.
I bet the new core will be a big improvement still yet.
It's still more efficient than a nail the way it is.

Guys The Universe is still in development, we are trying to solve one issue, it had to be pushed back because the hercules had to be fixed first.

I'm confident that when it's been properly tested, and found to be reliable and perform well, D9 will waste no time in making them and getting them out to us. I also trust G to keep us up to date, FWIW.

G did not inform us with the latest on the Hercules, but I have seen him play with the Hercules attachement

just got my carts, mouth pieces, and ss stealth kit along with a traveler smoke buddy, all from planetvape. i weighed out a 2.4ohm cart and packed 0.5g of honeycomb wax into it having already tested the cart and pre-oxidized it. I was done filling the cart in about 5 minutes, no problems. its hitting like a champ, didnt even need to prime it, it was ready straight out. so at about 0.2g of wax left i nthe cart should i load another 0.5g?

I load 0.5 grams to start.
Then 0.2 at a time when I get to about .25 gram.
I'm I little too cautious compare to most however my stuff is set up to medicate without complications.

Also waiting for the new heater, excited, as I have realized the correct draw technique for the Hercules is quite different from most! I will definitely be utilizing the Hercules more when the new cores are released. If you want clouds, and can inhale with strength, a Herc will work! I also wanted to comment on the excellent performance of my Bender, the only handheld flower vape I use now!

I'm with Ataxian here. I too load half a gram and when I get to maybe .2 I'll put half of the remainder of the gram in, sometimes the other half if it's fairly thick and working well and I feel brave. It's a lot easier to put more in later than deal with leaks and plugs. It's easy to do, I put the vial on the scale, zero it out, then scoop out what I want (scale shows weight as a negative but is accurate) putting that in the funnel for loading. Easy enough to put some back if I scoop too much. Given even a quarter gram is good for 75 or 100 hits and only takes a minute or two to 'top up' with I find this no problem and it keeps it hitting strong and regular.
Loading, as you point out, is the key. I'd rethink that pre-oxidizing bit though. Maybe try one without using the same oil and see? I've yet to find more than a very minor change in the first few hits.....and lots of guys either blow their carts or trash their seals messing about with what is really a dry burn?

this was for the original carts (some of which i still have) the protectant (that we are oxidizing off) tasted a bit off and "contaminated" the flavor for some people. w/ the new carts this isn't an issue.

for sure, just filled a new cart today and i skipped the pre oxidizing step, took less than 5 minutes to fill, been messing around with the double cartridge head. does the mouthpiece that combines 2 mouthpieces into one really help with draw technique?
