The Kiss Alpha Centauri is complete, there shouldn't be any issues that come up, that is just a warning just in case.

In other words the Kiss Alpha Centauri is a cloud producer in Alpha Mode.


Centauri mode will be reserved for Persei and 8 only.

Well, folks...

Mind officially blown by W9 customer service. I won't go into details but let's just say they went above and beyond what I would consider above and beyond. My Herc/Persei will be back in action soon. Unfortunately, thanks to USPS, my friends at W9 are the ones getting the shaft. Please hold happy thoughts that the USPS will get their collective heads out of their collective asses and get things resolved.

This place is a bad influence on me. I am thinking about picking up the core and a hammer top now for the 74 and making the 71 my portable as it rocks pretty freakin hard with the 40w rod. Lovin it..
@THC SCIENTIFIC When did you expect to have the hammer top rods back in stock and or are they non inter-changeable with other 7x rods?? ohms watts?

Ok, I'm picking up the bread crumbs.
So, Alpha Mode works with Omicron, OMI Lite, Ophos (3.7V)
And, Centauri mode will be 7.4V.
Am I getting warmer?

What Ohm reading range am I aiming for if I'm making my own 3.7v KISS carts? I'm using 36 gauge nichrome wire and the UP tech Ohm tester if either of those matter. I also have 32 gauge nichrome, has anyone used that for 3.7v carts?
