A little late to the party, but that center part in the golden rod pops out with a paper clip. The button can get gunked up with oil and stick. I hold it under ISO with hemostats and exercise the button back and forth with the paper clip to pump the ISO in and out of it until its clean.

I'm super frustrated! I've got two functioning KISS carts and an Okeanos that are driving me crazy! One cart works perfectly on the Persei and on my OPHOS, but as soon as I put the cart on the base of the Okeanos my Persei top (V4) just blinks red. I'm not sure what that means but I'm guessing a short? I'm not sure why it only happens with the Okeanos. My other KISS cart will not screw all the way into the Okeanos. It seems to screw in smoothly until it gets about half way, then it stops dead. I don't see anything wrong with the threads (the cart screws straight into the Persei with no problems and other carts screw into the Oceans just fine). I don't know that there is anything I can do until I get some wire to make more carts, but I felt the need to vent. AAARGH!

Actually, I think I misspoke in my earlier message. The cart causing the blinking light is a 7.4v so I haven't put it on the OPHOS. It's the one that won't screw in that is 3.7v.
So you have a 3.7v kiss cart that won't screw into the okeanos base? The 7.4v is working without the okeanos? What batteries are being used for 7.4v?

Is the latest revision of the okeanos in stock? What is the upgrade option?
The latest version is in stock, the upgrade just upgrades v1 into v1.5 basically same as v2 but instead of 2 bottom orings found on the v2 it will be 1.

I was not aware the center pin was at all adjustable. Looking at it now, I'm not sure what you mean. I see the center pin, and I can pull or push it a tiny bit but once I let go it returns to the original place. It won't stay where I adjust it.

Hey guys. Im looking to extend the air pathway of my hercules sr74. I think this would help smoothen the hit without using a nibbler. It doesnt have to be stealthy or nice, functionnal and ease of use are the key factors. I would like it to not be silicon, but its ok to have a bit to seal the pathway. I came up with this setup with my limited glass adaptator.
A solo pvhes gong extending the herculer sr74 pathway.
I havent tried it yet; im on a break planning smoother and bigger hits for my comeback
. It seems to seal nicely, but I lose the seal when it wiggles. Any better more stable suggestions?

Uh, this Hercules is set up to be portable, that's why I'm using an SR-71 body and chambers but an SR-74 rod (So I can share it with people and they won't cook the oil). In this video I'm using 1 coil but I've since gone back to 2 coils like I always do

Powered by an 8 vaporizer (using original pins and button assembly! ZOMG impossibru!) with its included shorty tube, the Core 18350 insert, Core power supply set to 7.2V to maximize flavor, topped by the Nibbler XL.

lol thanks for havin my back @spoutti. This is actually about the thinnest vapor I go for with the Herc; I usually put more than 22 watts to my heating rod but this stuff was sooo tasty I had to savor it and forego clouds...
@TommydCat, if the contact screw (Flathead underneath the button) isn't adjusted correctly, you might not get good connectivity with the pins so power won't transmit well. Many early users of the 8 had problems running the Hercules carts and wispy vapor compared to the Persei because they didn't adjust that screw correctly. Also a lot of people just don't push the button in all the way, they're used to the Persei being a light push.

I got my replacement KISS Globes today. One piece design which eliminates the plastic mouthpiece. The overall size is slightly longer and larger in diameter. Popped one on and tried it out. It works like a champ. It also has a smaller hole on the mouthpiece end, which gives it just the right amount of restriction. They also sent my replacement button parts for my 8. Thanks @THC SCIENTIFIC

The MFLB acrylic & glass tubes fit into the W9 silicone mouthpieces if you cut off just the top of the silicone with a razor blade. This can then be fitted over the EO carts and KISS mouthpieces, I imagine this can be used on the herc mouthpiece as well. It's been useful as a "noob tube" IME to have a visual reference of how dense the hit is when not using the KISS globe, as well as for cooling the hit without water filtration.Hey guys. Tx @FeelingFactory ! I still had 1 silicon mouthpiece courtesy of planetvape. I just have solo glass pieces lying around, so here is what I came up with following your tip. The seal last even if I wiggle it.
I still need a day or 2 of vapor break, but I will report as soon as I try it.

OK it doesn't really say on the w9tech site, but what type of coil comes with the kiss globe? I noticed it has two different types of replacement coils, on Ti, the other not. I also heard that it no longer comes with the plastic mouthpiece, but it looks like it still does on the site? Anybody know?
