Try the silicone attachment for a better seal and see if you can get the screen right up close. If you see the light dimming as you inhale then it's a good indication that your seal is good.

I have the screen up high in the female joint; the Neo makes a natural seal with this particular adapter. I've also tried it with a male joint and basket; I don't recall how that all went, but I felt it was a little more risky for the chimney so I didn't' really pursue it further:

whatever you land on, I would recommend minimizing the distance from your material to the heater. it is amazing how much a cm or two can make a difference with this device. its such a versatile device and still one of my favorites for flavor!
edit: i have an extra one of the little pipes that they had before the terp surfer. I can throw it your way. LMK.

I’m planning on selling my Neo stuff as a package, including an og Neo, terp surfer, custom made pipe made for the Neo, and all my related stuff. Feel free to dm me.Does anyone know best way to find a bowl for this? Got one coming to me soon and realized I gave away all my old combustion pipes haha and know they went out of business.
Would my move be to put up a wanted ad on the exchange or here? Maybe take it with me to a head shop and find something it can fit on haha?

Received my Neo off the exchange, and I’m enjoying all the experimenting so far! I will be receiving some bowls for it next couple days thanks to amazing members of this community.
But I’ve had some success with the 18mm adapters, and best success so far with the Stunner bowl from Vapor Solutions.
Can’t wait to get more tests with it and try out more bowls!! Thanks to all for help and suggestions!

Terrible at figuring out photos in this forum but hope that shows.
Big thanks to @sansei and @Custom Flower Hardware for gifting me some more bowls to try. And huge thanks to @Weary07 for gifting me the Neo in the first place.
What a wonderful and truly fun vaporizer experience this thing delivers. Have had varying success with many different bowls I’ve tried, but that it works with so many options is one of the fun bits about this vape! However the stunner bowl, OG wood now I got from sansei are near the top, but the Terp Surfer from Jerry is for sure best use for the Neo.
It may not be the heaviest hitting or easiest to use device for someone not familiar with vaping but some of the best taste and to me, it’s quite the neat and exciting experience!!
Really thankful to the awesome dry herb vape community here for me being able to try this vape out. Something I thought was incredible when I heard about and it has met and exceeded those expectations for me. It’s a lot of fun and just so cool the way it operates.
Very sad to see the company having to shut down but wow I could only dream and hope one day they can come back or the whole idea behind it could and be made better. But for now I am so happy, to the point I’m gonna be posting some want ads for hopefully repair kits or a complete back up unit. This probably won’t be my most or always used but a vape I don’t think I want to get rid of ever. Cheers!!

I’m interested! I purchased two Neos. They’re both broken and I’ve been looking for someone to fix one or both.
The Neo + the Heir waterpipe was my old skool setup.

That's a wood Infinity bowl from O'Connell Wood Works. He made them for his TKO I think and modified some for the Neo. These will also work with the TKO.
