If you have room for the Stanley I wouldn't be looking at anything else. Especially not a mini powerbank which is the same cost. Save your money and just get a car charger.
I wouldn't recommend using the car battery to charge when the car isn't running, it does drain the battery. Much like leaving your headlights on or radio. Having said that your fatmax will jump start the car but still not the best. Use that Stanley for what it's made for.
