On the dosing caps: I have found that if you use a small mesh (on top of your load, inside the cap, with the cap lid on top), there will be considerably to none of the particles that normally stick in the CU.

On the liquid pads: A breeze to clean by dumping in alcohol for a couple of hrs. I have not gotten the impression that the bho ever gets all the way to the bottom. However, it's not like I cover more than 1/4 of the available surface in the liquid pad. I do not heat up the pad to apply the concentrate. The duration of the session and the effect is lighter than expected for me.

For concentrates the in liquid pads, what temps are you using? I would start around 160-170c for flav and finish around 200c to make sure nothing is forgotten. The capsure will not go into the warm chamber until it has reached the desired temp.

Thank you for the reply.

I used rosin in hemp fiber in a capsule and started at 380F or 293C then quickly upped the temps until it maxed out.

Im sure even at 410F or maxed out im still not vaping everything there. But like I said the flavor was very good, and im exited to try again when I get the liquid capsules.

I'll post a review here after I get and use the liquid capsules.

Been using a hotel key as a scraper/spreader.
Chopping motions work too ... think late 70's.

The mighty will be your goto. Lmao. It's a pig. Just got a gh. And yes its amazing in its own way but the mighty takes the cake.

It will have to be special as I LOVE my EVO. I have a Herbie and hate it. The Evo is the first vape that I can actually say fuck combustion.

But I have to be plugged in and at my desk. I want something I can drag on from the couch, the bed or on the go away from the house.

I have looked at the GH but I just don't think a pen will satisfy me.

It's certainly different than the Evo, but I reach four my Mighty more than the Evo because of convenience.

It also pairs great with water, love the V3 mod @Ratchett ! Also need to PM you about the capsule loader. I have a pictorial walk thru and some ideas.

Someone please?
From the S&B website:

The warranty covers manufacturer defects within the warranty period. The warranty is 3 years with the VOLCANO and the PLENTY and 2 years with the MIGHTY and the CRAFTY. The warranty will be valid for any original STORZ & BICKELvaporizer, regardless of where it was purchased. Defects due to normal use or wear are not covered by the warranty. Parts subject to wear such as batteries, screens, and similar are excluded from the warranty.

If I remember right, they have 2 repair locations: US and Germany. With your international shipping, it will likely take at least a few weeks.

Convenience is a lot of why I bought it for around the house. Main reason is for portability for outside the house.

I have several water pieces I hope to pair with the Mighty when at home, including my fav...the D022 bubbler. One cool thing is that when you buy a Mighty from PIU, they offer a free choice between a 14mm or 18mm water piece adapter (mine are all 18) so I'm hoping that works good.

It will work, but you have to be careful to not over-tighten it; it can crack Mighty's housing. Also, I think this is the one where the screen is positioned pretty far from the top of the bowl, so folks recommend either a top-screen on the load or an oil pad - as a spacer, so material doesn't loosen up or swirl around.
But thank you for pointing out that PIU carries this adapter; they've not been easily available in US!

Yeah their service was amazing. I emailed them a question Monday morning, placed the order Monday just after noon and I should have it today.

you find the capsule filler worth it?

Yes, for me it's worth it. I enjoy clever vape devices, and get a sense of sustained value, beyond functionality. We are partly paying for an idea. An idea of the vapor, by the vapor, and for the vapor. Don't think anyone is getting rich off these gizmos.

(Disclosure: when I pitched it to @Ratchett last year, I gave him some seed money for materials, and then gave him a major headache when I prematurely posted a beta version. But I paid for my tray.)

Fill the caps on a table or tray,
just as you would when rolling a j.
Use a brush along with a card,
then your cleanup isn't so hard.

After ejecting the first eight caps, it's tempting to load her up with eight more. Start selling them in tiny plastic bags on the corner.

I have read a lot in this thread about spacers and pads etc but was skim reading. Need to get the unit in my hands and play with it a bit before I can understand exactly what y'all are talking about

Lol, I'm still hoping to get a bit more feedback from early adopters before I make the next batch of loading trays!

I'm thinking about adding a pocket on one side to catch excess herbs. Are rounded corners good, or too much of a pain? @ChooChooCharlie or anyone else - PLEASE pm some thoughts on how I can tweak/improve for the next large batch of trays.

Hopefully I can begin taking preorders for the next batch soon, but I don't like taking money when I don't have a proper ETA for shipping.

Sounds like the puzzle pieces should start falling into place for you soon!
It should arrive at *80% or more charged. Plug in and charge to full right away - should not take very long; you can speed-read the manual and play with accessories while you wait.
Then, in the interest of safety and science, with chamber empty, run it up to full temp a couple of times to be sure it's not stinky or smokey or anything else bad.
As HAL said in 2001: A Space Odyssey, "I'm completely operational and all my circuits are functioning perfectly." I used to use that sound bite as my computer's "startup" .wav file, followed by "Ow!...I feel good!..." (James Brown).
Enjoy!
Thanks for indulging me. I've been on forced 'break' for 7 weeks now and I'm more than a little nuts.

Lol thanks so much. I bet that startup made you chuckle every time!

At what temps are y'all vaping flower? Or what do you recommend?
